Love the ladies that work here. Very professional and nice! Had some pieces cleaned and they were honest with me before cleaning a very sentimental piece that it may need some repair work before cleaning because it may be damaged and fall apart during cleaning. I chose not to clean it at the time and they were super kind and not pushy at all. Good customer service, even with a screaming baby on my hip! **edit** If I could give them 6 stars I would! I had a family ring passed down to me that I wanted to cleaned and in a new setting with my daughters birth stone and they were very honest about what would work and what would hold up over time. My Aunt and I had a very long, hot, humid and busy day, and we really wanted to just go home. Instead, we stopped at Noe's Jewelry in Raymore to have my Aunt's watch resized because we had been wanting to do that for some time. My Aunt, 91 years old, uses a walker. As soon as an employee at Noe's saw my Aunt coming toward the door, he went to the door and opened it up, and smiled brightly, while telling her to take her time. So thoughtful. Then we entered a "different world", where everything looked and felt like a beautiful paradise. The chandeliers were gorgeous, the jewelry displays were filled with sparkling rings, bracelets, necklaces, and more, and the temperature inside the store was perfect, and each person working there was so polite. They showed us to some very comfortable chairs to sit in, and David came over and measured my Aunt's very tiny wrist. David was such a true gentleman to my Aunt and myself. And David made some lovely conversation with my Aunt, about places she had lived in and some other of her happy memories. David fitted the watch perfectly also set it so the face always was on top of her watch, but it wasn't so tight where it may leave a bruise on her tender skin. (I wouldn't have ever thought of that, thank goodness for David). Noe's also had a hologram which was so AMAZING. First time I have ever seen one in person! All of this, beauty and peace and loveliness, came with getting a watch resized for $15.00. Yes, that is right, FIFTEEN DOLLARS!!! Wow!!! I really recommend you go there!!! New purchases, cleanings, repairs, sizings, batteries, appraisals, etc. The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and personable. They remember us by name when we go in, and they go above and beyond in service. You can always find a good deal and high quality items. We love to check out their estate jewelry, always wonderful bargains to be found in those cases. They rushed to size my engagement ring within 2 hours so I could wear it to my party that night, even though they were short-handed and in the middle of a complete remodel. Due to the amazing service, we will always go Noe's jewelry for our jewelry purchases. When the time came for my fiancé and I to start looking at engagement rings, I suggested that we look at Noe's Jewelry because it was a family owned business (as well as local) and my family member buy their jewelry there. When we went in, everyone was pleasant and professional. We didn't feel forced to get a ring that day and they answered all of our questions. It was a wonderful experience. Finally, after looking a few other places, we knew that the engagement ring we had looked at Noe's, was the one for me. Fast forward to New Year's Day, my ring fell down the shower drain...long story. However, we were fortunate enough to have insurance on the ring, which Noe's had provided. Noe's paid for our first year of insurance on the ring, thank goodness! After getting all the paperwork into the insurance company (only took like 3 days because we need documentation from plumber), we got approved to get a new ring. On the same day as we got our approval from the insurance company, Noe's called my fiancé to schedule a time that would be convenient for us to come in and get my new ring. When we went in, they provided us with options of either getting the exact same ring made or getting one that day that was similar. We chose to get a similar ring. I can't say enough good things about Noe's! The staff was very accommodating to our wants/needs. My finance bought my engagement ring from there and we went back for the wedding bands, and ended up leaving with 5 other items that we weren't planning on getting (while we were waiting for them to resize my ring which took about 45 min). My best friend got her wedding ring made there. After a while, the owner became passive-aggressive with the fact that she wanted her ring to be a certain way (being she was spending 2K on the ring) and eventually quit even personally dealing with my friend. He would have his staff call her instead of calling himeself as he used to do. When she got the ring it was too small and wasn't even a competly round smooth circle. This is just a small town jeweler who does fair work. If you live near by, why not. If you don't, there are many different jewelers in Kansas City proper who could do as good as or better of a job, and without the attitude. read more

Noe's is the best!!! Not only was I thrilled with the custom ring I designed myself, but also with their prices and customer service. I purchased a new wedding band at Kay's for my husband in 2003, so I thought I should take it back there to have it cleaned and reconditioned thinking I would get a better price because I bought from them. They told me I had 3 loose stones and my total would be $140. I felt this was a little high, so took it to Noe's for an estimate. After checking it twice, they told me I had only ONE loose stone and my total for cleaning, polishing, recoating and repairing the stone would be $50! Why would I go anywhere else???? read more

When you look down and the main diamond on your wedding ring is gone, I can not even begin to explain the devastation I felt. My first call was to my husband , my second call to Noe's Jewelry, all I can say is wow !!!Rocky answered and from the moment she did I felt better. She did not hesitate to help me feel like she was there to take care of me. I really admire the way she was able to calm me down in such a high stress situation I was beyond upset. Rocky is also the one two years ago that encouraged me to buy the insurance on my ring at a very low price. The insurance company told me to take my ring right up to the jewelry store even before the claim was done. My $6000.00 dollar ring was repaired with a new diamond for $100.00 deductible and back to me right away. The owner called me and my husband to check on us, Mike is amazing he event put a better stone in my ring than I had originally. They also did all the new paperwork and sent the new appraisal to the insurance company for me. I will not buy any of my jewelry anywhere else.
