Steve is very personable, friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process stress-free. And he listens! He takes time to get to know you. You can tell he is passionate about Rolex as a brand, and he took time to share a lot of really cool history and knowledge. Most stores would be hurrying you to the register or out the door at 2 hours past close. Not Steve. Buying a Rolex should be an experience, and it was. I really appreciated that Steve cared so much about integrity and transparency. If he made a claim about a product or shared a story, he'll prove it to you and show you the picture on his phone to back it up.
