Location: At the end of the St. Sauveur village. Public parking is available at the back or you can…read morepark on the street. The place: It's a decent size but not huge so if you're planning to dine out on a Saturday night, I suggest booking in advance. The restaurant has large windows that make up most of its walls, though it's not very bright. Evenings make for a romantic setting if that's what you're going for (i.e. dim lighting). That said, don't expect anything fancy - decor is basic with touches of Asia interspersed throughout. The food: Honestly? I've experienced better here. This is why I gave it a three and not a two. Today I opted for Dim Sum to start (shrimp). These were made fresh and you could tell: they were hot and perfectly moist and sticky but not TOO moist and sticky. I would definitely order the dim sum again as it was incredibly flavorful. The only caveat is that four small dumplings seems a bit cheap. I think six would be more appropriate, especially if you're sharing. As we went on a weekday, we got the lunch special for $7.75 so in terms of price, you really can't beat it. That said, I guess you get what you pay for. All meals include 1 spring roll, rice, vegetables, tea and those infamous fortune cookies. From a portion perspective, it was perfect for both me and my mum. We both went for the lemon chicken. Success. Spring roll: Frankly, I don't know what the hell was in that thing. Whatever it was, it was brown and had no consistency or texture whatsoever. I actually found myself thinking that a) these were definitely not home-made and b) if they WERE home-made, they were definitely OLD! Flavor-wise, they tasted fine but despite a thorough inspection of its contents, I still can't tell you what that taste was. Only the chef knows. As well, the shell was oily. Miss. Rice: Yes, we need to talk about the rice separately because I swear the damn thing was made last week. I love rice and consider myself to be a rice aficionado (Does that exist? It does now!)... so I think I know my rice. In addition to being lukewarm (read: almost cold), it was so dry and sticky that I could barely break it apart. I don't even know how rice that is so dry could be so damn sticky but there you have it - a small igloo of old rice sitting on my plate. Obviously made well in advance and possibly re-heated but who knows. Definite miss. Chicken: Here we have a debate; the chicken is very thin - like veal scallopini thin, which is fine with me, however my mum felt that there just wasn't enough chicken. Truth be told, the breading outweighed the chicken so she had a very valid point. She also found the breaded part to be really oily and again, she was right. In terms of taste, I really liked it. I'm rating this as a 'retry' because I've had this same dish in the past and it was not oily at all. But there definitely needs to be more chicken in this thing! So-so. Veggies: Here we had another debate because I was convinced they were frozen vegetables. My mum however, disagreed. She was convinced they were fresh. That debate was laid to rest when we ran into the owner at the local food shop stocking up on vegetables, right after we left the restaurant. SO.... I can tell you with the utmost certainty that the mixed vegetables are fresh. But.... I still think a few of the veggies may be frozen. The tea was fine and I can't rate the fortune cookies since they don't make them (but I DID like my fortune). Overall, I was disappointed. The food wasn't hot enough and it was a little too oily for me. I suppose that's what you get with lunch menus here. My suggestion would be to check them out for a dinner service if you're in the area, and judge for yourself. Skip lunch - it's not worth it.

They changed the General Tao recipe and it is definitely not as good as it used to be. I dont even want to talk about the Schezuan Shrimp. The Hunan Beef was just okay. Very disappointed.

The best dish was the lobster & shrimps.. cooked really amazing!!! Shrimp were tender and succulent omg I really loved this dish and the orange beef was good too.. I didn't know they were breaded but they were delicious and so was my mixed vegetable dish super yummy.. the soups were delicious and so were the dumplings mmmm melted in my mouth! However, The rice was standard fast Chinese food.. tasted ok but not THE BEST I've had.. it just was not very soft like I like it and the fried calamari entree was also hard and not the most fresh. The delivery came very quick (15min and the guy was at my door) so I was a bit worried as some of my food might have been reheated and thats why it was not so fresh .. not everything was bad just the rice and calamari was disappointing Prices are fair and not overly priced so if you're looking for something fast but lacks a lil bit of quality for a good price this place is great ... I just like to have my chineese food super fresh .. sorry but overall it was pretty good stuff and I'll definitely re-order but maybe I'll avoid the rice next time. Thanks

Went for dinner and it has pretty much the same as "usual", I know that they do breakfast to but never went. I was kinda impressed, so all you can eat restaurants they make in big quantities and they taste so so, but here? The "Wong Tong" soup is so much better, they have like 5-6 types of sushi's ( not a lot ) but they are soooo good. They have a few / lot of things that are fried, tip: don't eat to much because it makes you "sick" after a while ( personnel experience ) I tried to eat not a lot but a little bit of everything. What they offer: -fried food -more "Asian" type of food, noodles and soups -soups -quite a few dessert types -salads / fruit bar -rice and medium "breakfast potatoes" And a whole lot more. Didn't take the best pictures, but at least you will have an idea how it looks like. I gave it 3 stars because it's a good restaurant, it just not a restaurant that I was "visually" impressed by. The food was amazing so 3/5 stars. My experience was great, just didn't based my review on my servers "humour" because she looked "annoyed / tired of working their" kinda face: but she did her job well. Gave us lots of water, took our dishes when we were done, yeah nice. Really recommend this place! I will certainly go more often and try the breakfast menu to next tim!
