Yes, it is true that central makes really good food and all that but every good thing comes with a cost. It is way too expensive. I feel that you shouldn't go to Central unless you have money to spare. One more thing, although central makes good food it takes a little too long to make. You should not go if you are in a rush to work it doesn't even have a drive-thru. The Long Version: My husband and I stopped at Cali for a snack before heading back home to Ottawa. We shared a 4 pieces chicken tenders combo ($18) which came with waffle fries and a canned drink (we got a Fuse iced tea). The chicken tenders were a good size and were lean chicken breast meat. I don't know how they do it but the outside was so crispy and crunchy and the inside was moist and tender. Definitely in the top 5 chicken tenders I've ever had. The waffle fries were great too. Waffle fries are so underrated, lol. The meal came with 2 Cali sauces, which I would describe as a creamy chipotle sauce. Service was pleasant. You order and pay at the kiosk and they ask you to enter your name. They call out your name when your order is ready. There is a bit of a wait since they fry your chicken to order, but it's so worth it. The building has 3 fast-food style eateries. Totopo Tacos is on the same floor as Cali and Sama Sushi is on the lower floor. Totopo Tacos and Cali share the same dining area. I didn't go downstairs so I don't know if Sama Sushi has it's own dining area or not. It feels like a really tiny Food Hall. It looks and feels nicer than a typical Food Court. The meat, tzatziki , onions and tomatoes just satisfied my cravings ! I also ordered for the next morning lol I ordered the traditional greek salad , rice and calamari plate. Ok so the doner was DELICIOUS! It was stuffed as it should be a standard in any doner pita making place you go to. It was made perfectly! That doner was mouthwatering!!!! I was inlove.
