He fixed one of the two units that had an exterior leak and it's working fine. The problem is that the second unit, a newer one apparently had a leak, but he couldn't find it. He charged it up with four pounds of 410, which is very expensive. I paid almost $500 for his visit and at $85 per pound of 410 and the fact he coulsn't find the leak really upset me. My system went down again after a few weeks. This time I called a relative's brother who's a tech as well. He came over and immediately found the leak with the proper electronic sensors that AA did not have. I don't plan to use AA again because of this.

EDIT: HVAC failed in the winter, as expected with my luck. Oil unit wasn't communicating with the thermostat. After troubleshooting for a few they told us we needed a new thermostat which would run us about $600. We got a second opinion and it turned out that the thermostat settings somehow got changed (by us, not the HVAC company). After reprogramming the thermostat and connecting it with the unit we were back I'm business for $125. The competitor simply had better diagnostic abilities and took the time to make sure settings were locked to avoid this from happening again.
