They didn't protect the windows from the stain. I pointed this out and they returned to clean the windows. There are still smudges on the glass that they weren't able to remove. My front steps have multiple stain marks on them now. I asked Jody to fix the problem. He said he would be over during the week of 8/4 to correct it. I haven't seen or heard from him since. There are multiple areas on the siding with incomplete coverage as shown below. The quality of the work was far below what I expected based on the project cost.

Our project included a nearly complete painting of the interior of our home including ceilings, fresh drywall, old plaster and trim. Jody and his team went above and beyond, helping with color recommendations, sourcing and installing new trim that needed to be replaced and even staining new wood trim to ensure the updates to the room matched the history that we were keeping. Most of all though, we appreciated Jody and the team's flexibility. As this was part of a broader remodel, other projects on the house had some twists and turns. Throughout, Jody and the team were consultative, flexible and understanding. Highly recommend!

When we discussed the details, I explained that the house is very large (over 7000 sq ft), that the house needed a deep cleaning (particularly the kitchen) and that work had to be completed by noon, but could start as early as 8. She said for a house our size it would be a team of 3 or 4 people, at $50 an hour per person. I asked to cap the charge at $400, and explained that my brother, who was at the house, would direct their priorities. This morning, 2 cleaners showed up at just before 9am. They insisted that they start at the top of the house and work their way down, even though my brother made clear that the kitchen and first floor were the priority. Three hours later, they had cleaned the top two floors but not the first floor. Because we had a hard stop, the job wasn't finished. My brother told me that they moved very slowly and that the work they completed was fairly average. I called Whitney and she apologized, saying that the team should have been there at 8, but that the dollar cap I had put on the cleaning was a big part of the problem. I certainly understand that if we had asked for the entire house to be cleaned top to bottom, but we specified priority areas because of the time and cost limitations, and the cleaners said it "wasn't their system." While I very much appreciate the quick availability, I am very disappointed by the shortcomings and I definitely would not use them again.

We had so many things that needed to be accomplished to sell our home. We are a family of seven with a small farm, so every time someone turned around there was something that needed attention. Not only did Vallerie keep the house clean before showings, but this is also just a small list of the accomplished projects that they did during the 9 months the home was on the market: Deep cleaned the entire house - several times, as it was for sale during Vermont snowy winter. Kept the house clean before showings. During the summer and fall they kept our yard maintained. They helped to repaint several of the rooms. Re-did the sheet rock and finished a bonus room. CLEANED A LOT!!! Vallerie would find new area's that really needed some attention - repairs, painting and the never ending cleaning. I can't even think of all the repairs that got done as furniture was moved. Helped with packing belongings that didn't get moved with the first truck. Deep cleaned the yard. We had so many things that we just couldn't take. Several dump trips later.... Oh, did I mention CLEANING!!! Helped to find a small crew to load a 53 ft semi for my final move of our belongings. Then to make my move even easier and take away the driving stress, they DROVE with me from VT to GA bringing our family's 37 ft camper. The last week I was in VT trying to get things finished was extremely stressful and I know that with out the help of Chris and Vallerie I could not have gotten it all accomplished!!!! They have gone above and beyond helping our family. Vallerie and Chris helped not just in "getting things done" but their solid work ethic took so much stress off of me. I knew it would get done and I could breathe. Now I just need them to come spend a week with us in GA........I have an unfinished basement that needs Vallerie's organizational skills. AND the best BLESSING to come form all of my crazy was that our family made new friends. Jim and Monica, From Shoreham, VT to GA!!

In contacting them to find out when they would show up to do the repairs we were told they were swamped and would get to us when they could, They never came back. Then covid hit. I reached out to them again this spring and received no response at all, so I can only assume they will not make the repairs.
