Every dry cleaner I tried turned me down. Long story short, Darrin came to my house to clean everything. Then with my X-Ray eyes, I noticed some stubborn spots when the pieces started to dry. Darrin came back and took the pieces. I'm glad he's more stubborn than those dirty spots because I now have super clean upholstery that I'm so comfortable to use. Outstanding above-and-beyond service by a dedicated local gentleman who insists to only do things the right way. THANK YOU!!!!!!

For Pete's sake, this is a rough business, but these guys have been unfailingly trusting, helpful and generous - halfway to a boyscout as they used to be. The 12 YO boy is pretty jealous, but he'll be allowed in when he's 16. The house is now pristine and ready for us to enjoy! Zulia's commitment to finishing the task is a testament to her work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to her clients. Her pricing was very reasonable, and we look forward to having her back soon for regular cleanings.

Zulia also increased the cost of the clean halfway through to $800 (despite sharing in writing a significantly lower estimate beforehand)- for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. I communicated my disappointment with the state of the house upon completion, even sending photos of missed areas, and she maintained that she "did the best she could" and took zero accountability. I'd estimate she cleaned roughly half of what was promised.

Within a half hour of calling late last Saturday evening, the PuroClean technician was at the door. Before leaving that night, he gave us his personal cell number and said to call him if we had any questions the next day - Sunday. We called; he returned our calls twice and answered all of our questions. And the same technician returned Monday morning and the next several mornings as well to check on the dryness. It wasn't clear early on whether there would be insurance coverage, so we appreciated that PuroClean was thoughtful in determining which sections of drywall, built-in cabinetry and flooring needed to be removed to expedite drying. We spoke several times with the PuroClean office personnel in the following days, and they, too, were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If we ever have another mishap, we would absolutely call PuroClean. Just very nice people providing remarkable, competent service.

My car had gotten stuck a couple of times, and I needed someone the very next day. I sent out a Yelp request for snow plowing and didn't hear back from anyone except Three Fold Landscaping--and it was already pretty late, so I was surprised (in a good way) that someone responded. Abdullah got back to me quickly and was professional and straight to the point. After a few messages, we agreed they would come out the next day before 4 PM. Not only did they fit me in, but they actually arrived earlier than expected, around 2 PM, and got the job done. Their pricing was fair, and they did everything I asked for. Exceptional Moving Service - Highly Recommend JNE Services…read more I had an incredible experience with JNE Services moving company during my recent move from Michigan to New York. Long-distance moves can be extremely stressful, and my drive ended up being much more unpredictable than expected. My arrival time kept changing throughout the day, which could have easily turned into a nightmare when it came time to unload the truck. Joe at JNE Services truly went above and beyond. He handled the logistics of the move like a professional and made my problem his problem. When my arrival time changed multiple times, Joe adapted quickly and adjusted the schedule so there would still be a crew ready to unload when I got to my home. His ability to plan, adjust, and solve problems on the fly made a huge difference during a very stressful day. I'm also incredibly thankful for Jerry, who worked hard and made sure everything stayed organized during the unloading process. And when staffing issues came up, Mark stepped up and helped make sure the job still got done. The crew worked efficiently and stayed until everything was completely unloaded and finished. Finding a moving company with this level of customer service, reliability, and problem-solving is rare. Joe's leadership, the crew's work ethic, and their commitment to making sure my move and unloading process went smoothly meant more than I can express. I'm extremely grateful for everything Joe, Jerry, and Mark did to make sure my move went smoothly. Because of this experience, JNE Services will absolutely be the moving company I call for any future moves or services. If you are looking for reliable movers, professional moving services, or help unloading a moving truck, I highly recommend JNE Services. **Update: I stick my money where my mouth is. I have since used J&E services for an additional unload service and two box removal services, and they continue to be reliable, trustworthy, flexible and customer first oriented. This company is my official go to for loading, unloading, trash/box removal moving forward. I continue to gush over how amazing they are.
