I've had three encounters with this office, and they've all been positive. That being said, I've never seen the doctor herself. My experience: 1. The first time I talked to Dr. Fee was the night I had a miscarriage. My regular doctor was not on call, so the answering service had me talk to Dr. Fee. She was sympathetic, listened to me, and it quickly became clear that she was more thorough than my doctor. Because of this, I switched doctors. 2. My second experience was my first office visit. I saw a nurse practitioner who assuaged my fears. She made it very clear that when I get pregnant again, the office will monitor my pregnancy and do everything possible to make sure I have a good experience. 3. I went for my annual exam and was seen by another nurse practitioner. She was amazing, even better than the first! She answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. Unlike other doctors whom I've seen in the past, at this office, I get seen within ten minutes of waiting in the waiting room (although, again, I've only been twice). As long as you're fine with seeing a nurse practitioner, I highly recommend this office! read more

Dr. Fee has been my dr for about 5 years now she delivered my first son and takes care of my mom, mother in law and cousin. My whole family loves and appreciates all she does for us she has helped us in so many way! Thank you Dr. Fee and all your staff for all you do!!!! read more

I can't rave about Dr. Fee and her staff enough. I had both my babies delivered by her. She wasn't even the Dr. On call at the hospital, but made sure she came in to be there for both of their births! Her office staff is super friendly and always answer every question I have. They all make you feel more then just a patient. Couldn't recommend her enough!!!! read more

If you want excellence in medical care, this is the place. I went to Dr. Fee's office as a referral from my primary physician and I wouldn't go anywhere else after the care I've received there. Dr. Fee delivered my first child and I'm currently under her care for my second expected child. Yes, wait times can be long but that's where scheduling smart comes in to play. If I want to see Dr. Fee, I schedule for first appt. in the morning or first after lunch, otherwise I risk a long wait time. Seeing her nurses for appts is just as satisfying - they are extremely knowledgeable and take care of business. The staff of Nurse practitioners is AMAZING! Taryl & Michelle are awesome and their triage gal, Myrna is great. Front desk staff is so helpful too. These ladies truly care for their patients and I've honestly never felt like "another number." You have to be reasonable and use common sense when judging medical offices - they are busy for a reason and this place is not there to get patients in and out of the door so they can bill insurance companies. They take care of their patients and sorry folks, that takes time so it will mean you'll have to wait your turn. I look forward to returning for regular visits post pregnancy too. Dr. Fee, and NP Taryl is amazing!!! Highly recommended. Had my 1st child with Dr. Fee. I'm so glad she was my doctor she was so patient with me during my labor and she is just so sweet, always smiling and happy. During my office visits I see both Dr. Fee and Taryl, I know Dr. Fee is very busy so I didn't mind seeing Taryl. I love her, she is funny and responds very quickly to any questions I may have through the health app that you can download. The staff is really nice as well. Unfortunately, I got a new ins and no longer in network with Dr. Fee but if I were to get pregnant again I will change my insurance just to have her back. My whole pregnancy, labor and delivery was a breeze because of them. read more

Another terrible experience with this office. Make sure that you allocate at lease 40 minutes of waiting time before you see anyone. Complete disrespect of our time and our personal schedules. I will not be going back to this office anymore. This has happened too many times and my time is extremely important to me. This was my first pregnancy, so first experience with an OB. The office staff are all very sweet and professional. The office is extremely organized which I appreciated greatly. About half of my appointments were with Michelle (NP) and half with Dr. Fee. I would say that Michelle is more personable so if you need a lot of attention or want a touch feely kind of experience then go with her. Dr. Fee is in and out and to the point but if you have questions she does take the time to answer them. When it came to the delivery she got my baby out quickly and safely and at the end of the day that is the most important part. In terms of wait time, there was one occasion where I waited an hour to be seen but aside from that I was usually in and out in under an hour. This review is for Dr. Artoun in Dr.Fee's office. I have been seeing Dr. Artoun for about a year now, since I found out I was pregnant. I have never had such an attentive, knowledgeable and authentic doctor before. I never feel rushed or forgotten with Dr. Artoun, she really takes the time to get to know her patients and listen to the issues they are having. She also always remembers everything we have gone over in follow up visits as well. To say she has good bedside manner is an understatement, she is kind, genuine and compassionate. I can be a tough patient, especially when pregnant (hormones are wild), and she always made me feel important and heard. The office staff is also wonderful, particularly Merna and Brandy (apologies if spelling is off). Being pregnant, having a baby and the care I needed afterwards is probably (definitely) the most vulnerable I have ever been. Feel taken care of by Dr. Artoun and her team made a world of difference in my experience. I would recommend Dr. Artoun to anyone I cared about for any of their Gynecologic needs. read more

I was told by my doctor that I needed an endometrial biopsy because a mass was found in my uterus. I was so scared. My doctor tried to do the biopsy, which he has done numerous times for others, but was unable too. That was not a good experience at all. He thought I might have to go into the hospital to have it done. He then called Dr. Janice Fee who told my doctor that she thought for sure she could do it. After the experience with my doctor the week before I was so nervous that I got sick to my stomach. Dr. Fee was absolutely amazing. She used different instruments and I had less than minimal pain. She was so understanding and the way she described what I might be having done made me feel so much better. I so hope she will be the doctor that does the surgery. read more

I was ticked when her office called to tell me that she had to cancel for an emergency c-section, partly because I was half-way there when I got the message and had taken the whole afternoon off. But she was worth the wait! I had a list of 5 concerns, yet she powered through each one of them with a no-nonsense yet caring approach. She's an expert in these matters, and it shows. Also, she's very approachable, which helps a lot. I'm told by her nurse that she's up on laparoscopic and other minimally-invasive techniques, which is why I went to see her in the first place. Luckily, I don't need that kind of intervention after all. But if I did, it's good to know that she's there! Her staff is also friendly and efficient. Take a good look at the map to her office, though, unless your know the area. I got lost on the way there, thinking it would be off the main road. But that area feels more residential with winding streets and the like. read more

I've had a total of 3 visits to this office, and I've only been seen by Dr.Fee once. When I did see her she was nice and so where the staff and the NP. The reason for my two stars is she first filled my prescription for birth control over 4 years ago. Then all of a sudden they refused to fill the prescription because they "hadn't seen me in three years"... the women I spoke to on the phone told me that the request for a refill by the pharmacy was denied because their protocol was that I needed to be seen once a year in order to refill the prescription. However they hadn't seen me in three years and had continued filling it without any issue, and instead of calling me and telling me this they just decided to refuse the refill. Then I asked when I could be seen she said the next appointment is a month out.... How unprofessional can you be! Giving me no notice of this and then not having an appointment for a month?!? It's not like this was a major controlled narcotic! It's birth control!! Needless to say, I won't be returning, she and her horses where nice but I can't stand that kind of i professionalism and complete discourtesy. read more

Dr. Fee delivered my first baby last week. Dr. Fee, Nurse Practitioner Taryl and all the staff had made my first pregnancy experience a great one. I never had any issues with my appointments or the waiting times. I will definitely pick this team again once I decide to go for baby #2! read more

I had two babies (I have 3 children)with Dr Fee. She wasn't on call either time but everything went well with the Drs on call and she always stopped by to see me the next day. She recommended I not get my tubes tied after the 2nd child (I was 28 and too young in her opinion) and that recommendation led to me waiting till later in life to finally have a son. Had she not told me to wait I would have never had my son. She's a very busy woman but an amazing OBGYN. Her NPs are also great. Never had a problem with any of them. read more

I've been coming to see Dr Fee or a PA for 12 years for my yearly and when I had some issues. I love and trust this group of Ladies. 90% of Doctors close from 12 to 2. I am 57 and have experianced many Doctors thru out my years. This is a geat group. I feel lucky to have found them. read more

Dr. Fee came highly recommended from my regular obgyn for a mini surgery I needed. When I initially called to make my appointment, the first available was a month away. I knew that it might help to call often to check for any cancelations and my persistence finally paid off! I got lucky and was able to cut my wait time by 2 weeks. I found the office staff to be very helpful and supportive. They told me i was always welcome to call to check for a cancelation. This office is busy for a reason! Dr. Fee is amazing! She has very personable and truly cares for her patients. When I went to the hospital for the pre op work, all the staff told me how great she was! I knew I was in good hands. Everything went well with the surgery. Dr. Fee's office staff could not have been more helpful with all of the scheduling and with any questions I had. Two weeks after the surgery, I had a lot of difficulty finding the office. My phone directions took me to the wrong place. I called the office to tell them I would be late. I ended up arriving one hour and fifteen minutes after my appointment time. They were still able to see me! What other doctors office would do that? I did have to wait a bit before each appointment at this office but I didn't mind because I knew I would be taken care of! Thank you to Dr. Fee and the wonderful office staff!!! read more

I come from San Bernardino County and would not make the switch to a different Ob/Gyn. Not many physicians know how to deliver twins naturally. I have been going to Dr.Fee for about 12 yrs. She is truly one of a kind Doctor she has a great spirit about her, optimistic, cheerful always, super kind and simply the best.... By experience I can say she is awesome in the delivery room, an excellent surgeon, and pleasant to see in the office for procedures or routine visits. I agree with one of the other reviews that she has too many patients. I waited to see Dr. Fee for most appointments because I wanted her to know who I was. The wait was always an hour or longer. Even with the effort of waiting for her - she still never seemed to really recognize or know me. I thought at least she takes her time when listening to the heartbeat - then I found out that there is a law that requires doctors to listen for a certain amount of seconds. That's probably why she looks at her watch when listening. For the most part she breezes in and out of the room as fast a possible. I'll give 2.5 stars because I had a healthy baby with no complications. But I'll give an example of the office's priority. I missed my 6 weeks check-up after the baby was born. They called me several times for the $20 co-pay for the missed appointment (I paid it) but never a word about me needing to be checked. I understand my health is my responsibility - but this just illustrates what is important to Dr. Fee. It's all about numbers and money. I'm pregnant again and my new doctor is such a delight. He is busy but I never wait too long, he sees all his patients himself after the 4 month point and he really looks at and talks to me and I don't get the attitude like I'm waisting his time if I have a question. read more

First time patient - Referred to Dr. Fee for surgical consult. As a new patient, wait time was reasonable - waited 2 weeks to see Dr. I Arrived at office on time. Waited 10 minutes before being called into office. Waited an additional 5 minutes to see Dr. Fee. She was very attentive and professional, as was her staff. I was able to schedule a much needed surgery for the week after next. I highly recommend Dr. Fee and her staff. read more

Dr. Fee delivered my son, and it was not a great experience. She was not caring or sensitive at all. She kept threatening a c-section due to my son's erratic heart rate. Frankly she was stressing me out which may have contributed to my son's erratic heartbeat. He was coming too fast and was already wedged too far down for the c-section-luckily... She didn't pay any attention to my birth plan. I did not want an episiotomy. I got one anyway. I about jumped off the table when she stuck the needle in to sew me up. The epidural I got was only effective on half my body, but she didn't bother to ask or check. Afterward, I asked about my son's cord blood. She didn't seem to know that we wanted that saved even though it was stated in the plan and discussed. Then she said something to the effect that there wasn't enough blood in the cord. This seemed untrue... Overall it was a cold, mechanical, and hurried feeling. It really seemed like she had somewhere to go and just wanted it over with as quickly as possible. It almost felt like a violation to be treated this way during a vulnerable and extremely important time in life. Frankly I still feel traumatized now that I'm preparing for the birth of my daughter. I'm with a group of doctors now that don't do episiotomies much. The said research shows even if you tear, it heals better than an episiotomy. Plus if you're not rushed too much your body might be able to naturally accommodate without a tear. On the bright side, I am grateful that my son was delivered and is happy and healthy, and there was an extremely nice and caring nurse during the delivery whom I will always remember fondly for her help and kind, supportive words. My wife and I started seeing Dr. Fee by default as the Dr. we wanted was not taking new patients and she was close to our house. But, after 3 or 4 visits we became too frustrated to continue and switched doctors. Dr. Fee and her staff are disconnected from the actual person sitting in their office and act as if on "auto pilot" by not paying attention to their patients. Her nursing staff often times gave us information when checking in that was different from what the Dr. would tell us. Sometimes it's contrary information and sometimes it's just incorrect. This misinformation lead to us almost missing out on an important test. Dr. Fee would often times tell us something will happen at our next appointment that doesn't happen. She brushes off our questions as is if unimportant. Contacting her office for anything from appointments to obtaining medical records is painful in that hold times are always long and it has taken several calls from us as well as our new Dr. to receive information that has come piecemeal. read more
