You couldn't resell them anyway. Even tried accusing me of trying to return donated clothes and saying they have been used more than what I'm telling her... 1. Never even knew there was donated clothes we could've grabbed. Would've been nice to save $248. 2. It's been exactly a week of use. We purchased them 8/7. You printed my receipt. Terrible customer service, terrible quality, terrible return policy. Be careful purchasing from this store. Update to owners response: my kids wore them.. once. Took them off like any normal shirt. Were washed once on a normal cycle. Your "manager" Carrie told my wife you were using a new manufacturer or process in making the shirts so maybe there was a defect. I spent $248 on them and no we never picked up "free shirts" and don't appreciate being accused on trying to do that. You have multiple reviews talking about quality issues and your staff being nasty. Maybe fix those issues? Not too mention driving from venice after being told to come in, by Carrie, only to have my time wasted and handled like that was terrible. It's cool. SLA was notified of this whole ordeal. On the weekends seems like they have an additional sale on top of the clearance. I noticed that from looking at other old navy's. The clearances are not organized but it's a good reason to dig for something you may love. Customer service is nice as well. If you are looking for a price, there's a price check machine close to the entrance of the fitting room on the back side not the side closer to the front of store. Also if you find a clearance price cheaper online, you can show that to them.
