Then I meet Jacqueline. On the day of the return I explain that I just need the right school shirt, an easy fix. An honest mistake was made, but we can make this right within minutes. I am given a hard time, asking am I sure this was the location I got the shirts and did I not check them when I pulled them off the shelf. When I explained the staff member helped me. Stating that as she works here, she was looking through the shirts with me to find the right size and school, she is the one to grab the shirts so I did not question her choices. Jacqueline scoffs at me when I say this. My face must have said "excuse me", as that is when Jacqueline stated she wasn't giving me a hard time. Seriously? She was actively giving me a hard time. She started to become rude, more aggressive in her words and a shift in her stance, until she looked up and remembered that someone was setting up a table in front where the school shirts were and watching our interaction. All of a sudden she makes a comment about how I was not remembering my visit correctly with a fake laugh, but then stated since I just want to exchange the item she can do this for me. As if this was my fault, but out of the goodness of her heart she will help me out. Then they lied to my credit card company when I disputed charges saying they clearly stated shirts were final sale. Now I see from other reviews I'm not the first victim of this kind of moving target return policy. Make dang sure your items are what you want and fit before you leave this store because there's a high likelihood if it's a uniform shirt specific to a school they will pull some nonsense on you when you try to return!

I don't mind being hot, but there are some Florida days that walking outside just isn't healthy. Gyms can be too stuffy or crowded. The UTC, except around the December holidays, is never that crowded. I park at one end, go in, walk through one anchor store, walk all the way down the mall righ through the other anchor store. I do this two or three times, than walk up the escalator and making the same end to end pass another two or three times. While walking with purpose I can see what stores are open, moving, have sales, are busy or slow. Then, after my walk with purpose, I will make one more pass, stopping at stores I may want to look in, or get a snack, or beverage. UTC is clean, cool, has usefull stores. Too many loud kids in the kids area is a drag, but oh, well.

We went to visit…read moremy husband's grandparents so that they could meet our 1 year old, who is their first great grandson and wanted to make sure we had a crib, jogging stroller (I did NOT want to try and haul our Bob through an airport), high chair, and plenty of toys to keep our busy little one happy and occupied. They were promptly on time to deliver & pick up. They called the day before to double check the times which I really appreciated. And they set up everything before leaving and answered all my questions about the gear as the high chair & stroller were different models than we were used to. Everything was in good shape and clean. I didn't feel the need to hand wipe down every little thing as I was originally planning on doing. And the bundle of toys- I was surprised at how many toys they put in there! And super happy to find that they had a bag inside with bath toys specifically & a basket for sand toys as well. I highly recommend them if you are in the area visiting and need any baby gear- such a lifesaver not having to haul the extra stuff through an airport. You'll have plenty to deal with your little ones as it is.
