First impression, awful, and it was all downhill after that. I was escorted to what I thought was a very sophisticated and pricey X-ray machine, then had a vey very quick exam, and even quicker cleaning which I felt not very clean. Mind you I was charged extra because it was a "periodontal cleaning". I have insurance which is supposed to cover cleaning and X-Rays, still I paid over 200 out of pocked. I still got a bill for more money this week. I guess that based on the great Yelp reviews, they had an off day. I will be requesting my very expensive X-rays and will be back on the hunt for a new Dentist. My gosh, it is so hard to find a good place.

We scheduled our first appointment for a complete examination, and Dr. Ryan was incredibly thorough. They took X-rays and carefully scanned each tooth to determine what needed to be done. Of course, there were some dental issues since we had not visited a dentist for the previous couple of years. Dr. Ryan created a treatment plan for us, but he never pressured us or rushed us. He allowed us to proceed at our own pace and on our own schedule. Dr. Ryan is extremely precise and takes great pride in his work. For example, when fitting a crown, he would not accept even a 0.2 mm difference and preferred to have the crown redone rather than compromise on the fit. His attention to detail is exceptional. He is also very knowledgeable about the connection between overall physical health and dental health. When appropriate, he encourages us to consult with our family doctor, which gives us even more confidence in his care. He has truly earned our trust. The staff is wonderful as well. They are friendly, caring, and treat us like old friends. One time, I visited on my birthday, and they surprised me with a gift and many warm birthday wishes. It was such a thoughtful gesture. We are very happy to have found Woo Family Dentistry and highly recommend Dr. Ryan and his team to anyone looking for a dentist who is thorough, precise, caring, and genuinely committed to his patients.

I've…read morealways struggled with dental anxiety and honestly disliked most dentists I've been to, but this office completely changed that for me. I'll probably stay here forever and recommend them to everyone. The office is clean, upscale, the fountain is my favorite, honest, and they never try to upsell unnecessary treatments. They simply take care of you. Everyone on the staff is incredibly kind, gentle, and patient, which makes a huge difference for someone like me who gets nervous about dental visits. What really stands out is how much they genuinely care about their patients. They've even given my teenage boys life advice during visits. You're not just a number here--they truly get to know you. If you ever have to wait for a specialist, it's because some travel in from out of state. I've always appreciated their transparency and patience with scheduling. In the past 8 months, I've had three fillings, a root canal (with a referral), and a completed repair with Dr. Mola. I also go in every three months for cleanings to stay on track, even though my insurance only covers two per year. The office has been helpful in explaining payments and working with me on anything not covered. Sorry for the long review, but it's an honest one. I'm truly grateful for this team. https://www.selectdentalonline.com
