When I asked the office manager Rhonda that very question she looked bewildered and became belligerent instead of answering a legitimate question from a sick patient. I called and was told NO......Kerri would order this After the appt?? I asked them to reconsider since I am leaving the country for 2 moths days after the appt so it would be useless at that point.....again, sorry but NO?? Well I called my HMO (Alingment Health) and a very nice person there said there is no reason I should not be able to get blood panel done before my appt, so he called them (Peavine family practice) and he was also told NO!! He came back on the line and suggested i switch my primary care physician, stating "they refused the request and were very unprofessional in how they spoke to him!! I guess if you just want to just "follow instructions", this practice might be fine for you, but I thought going to the doctor was supposed to be about the patient.....and if you feel the same way.....don't go here!!

My primary didn't call me back for a week and when they did they couldn't get me in until the following week. Urinalysis and vaginal issues were tested and results were given at my appointment. When I went for the same tests at my primary, it took a week for results. Juliette Andre was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I used to go to PP back in the 70's. They are still the best for women's issues.

Not only does he listen patiently to what his patients have to say, but he and his team are also very responsive when I contact them about a prescription I need refilled or whatever it is I need help with. I always have confidence that I will get help from them in a timely manner, and that is beyond rare in the healthcare industry. Ryan also has a great bedside manner, and I can tell he has real empathy for his patients. We could definitely use more healthcare providers like Ryan.

I myself a little cocktail of ADHD, GAD, CPTSD, MDD, and ~OCD. I won't lie to you, exposure therapy is the hardest thing I've ever done. However, the differences between when I started and when I graduated? Freaking astounding. I was not even leaving my house anymore. The pressure of conforming to society and worrying and force masking myself to please whoever I was around wore me paper thin. OCD was making my life smaller and smaller every year. But now, after showing up and continuing to try things that specifically made my skin crawl and learned how to sit with it, I am back to living a relatively normal life. I leave my home whenever I have to (sometimes I even WANT TO ) and I'm back to handling whatever life throws at me without compulsing and avoiding for hours every day. Even rehearsing, masking, and people pleasing are at an all time low for me. I'm so much more comfortable being authentic. It's the hardest most confusing work I've ever done, but by gum it does the trick.

After entering the program I can honestly say I was entirely skeptical. Nothing about this program…read moremade sense to me. Until it did. I stuck with it, and I did the hard work. My life is far from being where I want it to be, and so incredibly different from where it was when I entered. They have a holistic approach for the most part, focusing on the whole picture, not just bits and pieces...symptoms. They allow me to make payments, interest free and not once have I felt this was money ill spent. I would gladly pay double to get the piece that I have gained from this incredible group of humans, who actually care. This isn't just. Job to them. It's a way of life and my life was forever changed by them.
