Excessive lippage and insufficient grout were used to do the tile work. He caused more damage by not covering and protecting our carpet from paint and joint compound. He left unpatched holes around the door frame, replaced the piece of a wall with a bulge where he connected the drywall and he left the wall unpainted. The toilet was replaced with one screw and the baseboards were replaced but missing the covers. After speaking to him about the poor quality of work, he agreed to redo the tiling and fix the issues I complained about but behind our backs, he removed the bathroom and shower door, all the bathroom fixtures; light fixtures and shower head, and medicine cabinet and left without us knowing. What he did was outright theft! He has been MIA after angies list tried to contact him for remediation. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. He will show you great photos of previous work he has done but be AWARE. I have displeased with the work and think he was unprofessional. He has yet to return our call, text, or emails.

After the install I received no follow up at all. I was forgotten. Now I have an issue and called them only to be answered in India or some foreign place. That person gave me another number to call, and I got a person who barely spoke English. Then that person said she would put me through to the technician so I could leave a message. I did that, and never received a call back. Apparently once the job is done you are totally forgotten. So much for their "lifetime warranty"
