Welp, I really wish I had looked at the yelp reviews before ordering from this company. TWO missing…read moreparts one in each item. We discovered the first a month ago and the company sent replacement parts .... But geeze, it was the handles for a sink faucet...sorta important part...right? Just today we have found that the shower fixture we ordered at the same time is missing a washer in the faucet coupler that if missing renders the faucet completely useless...leeks like crazy. So, yet again, I have filed a missing part report...I am holding out hope that they can replace this part as well, but I seriously doubt it. When one order has two crucial parts missing...that's a huge red flag. Never again. Sorry Vintage, your products seem nice but your quality checks are abysmal. If I get the part so that we can actually use this fixture, you'll get 2 stars. Hope springs eternal!

I first went to showroom and then she came on site to look at the space and to take measurements, and a second time she came out with the contractor who will do the work to solidify plans. If that was "acceptable" they'd setup up an in home estimate, design date. I got more enthusiastic service at Lowe's!
