But when it came time to install, the installers found that the measurements and products ordered would not fit, They had to find a new sink and toilet and do work arounds to make everything fit. After the install I received no follow up at all. I was forgotten. Now I have an issue and called them only to be answered in India or some foreign place. That person gave me another number to call, and I got a person who barely spoke English. Then that person said she would put me through to the technician so I could leave a message. Tldr: Requested a quote for a bathroom remodel. They were pretty quick to respond and schedule, good selection of products. Although, their salespeople like to use strong arm tactics, and actively talk very negatively about their competitors, instead of trying to sell their product, which lost my faith in their business. I had a salesman out to my house to do an estimate for my bathroom. It started off fine, taking measurements, picking the different materials and color patterns, info dump about how their product is superior. Typical sales stuff. Then we get to the quote, he shows it to me, I thank him and ask how long it's valid for so I can check my budget; and instead of just telling me, he shows me a 10% lower price if I agree to the price today. I didn't like this strong arm tactic and told him as much. Then he started talking negatively about their competitors, I asked him to stop because I believe he should just sell me on their​ product, not by comparing it to all the negatives of their competitors. Instead of respecting my wishes, he continues. At this point he has already sent me the quote via email, so I asked him to pack up and leave so I can think on the quote. I reported the unprofessional behavior and was very specific in mentioning that I don't want to hear about their competitors from them. They apologized and asked if I needed anything else. I requested another salesperson come to redo the quote, because I wasn't sure I trusted the first one. Second salesman came only a couple days later. One of the first things he starts talking about is their installation process, which seems to be a good process. Then he started talking about how much worse their competitors installations were. At this point I'm pretty annoyed, so I stopped him and told him what I said to the first salesman. He seemed confused, then asked if I would like to continue the quote. I said yes, then he went right back into talking about their competitors. Now I'm finished. I told him to stop, asked him to pack up and leave. I think if your product is worth buying, you shouldn't have to resort to such low tactics. read more

we had a bathroom installed by them about two years ago and had nothing but problems. however they rectified everything to our satisfaction. recently we discovered the shelf that was put in was loose, along with a problem with the handle we had installed. they responded quickly and sent a great "new" guy over to fix it named Jorge. couldn't happier. he explained what was done, fixed everything in a timely fashion. Rome bath remodeling was recommend by Home Depot for my 83 yr old mother's tub to shower conversion. Home Depot advertises the cost should be $6k to $10k on the high end. Ask Rome bath to my home for an estimate,I thought they did the whole bathroom but to find they specialize in just bath area (shower) . I don't think it was worth the price I paid and customer service isn't that great either. My wife and I recently had our bathroom updated with a walk-in shower. It is a lot more convenient to get into and out of compared to our old tub. The company that did the work was Rome Bath Remodeling, located on Airport Road in Endicott. They recently combined with McAndrew Construction to better serve customers in the triple cities area .if you have seen their ads on TV, you can believe what they say. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the salesman and the installers. We appreciated their consideration and how quickly things came together. They arrived almost to the minute of the pre-set appointment, took the time to explain what they were going to do and went to work quickly. I liked the variety of options available such as the built in footrest and I liked the speed of installation so that the bathroom was only out of service for a day. The installers were very neat, courteous and cleaned up after themselves.
