Now it's brand new, from floor to ceiling, including strengthening the joists below. The price on labor was reasonable enough to allow us to upgrade our tile choice, and get new windows as well. We even saved on dumpster fees because Independent Construction owns their own dump truck. I can't wait hire them again for our next project! You can bypass the middle man, and stop by any roof job you see in your area with a pile of people working on it, and made your own deal, I'm sure for a lot less money!  Shame on you John, I trusted you.....
