I have been putting off therapy and self betterment for pretty much my entire life, I've been to probably 20 different therapists for extensive complex trauma and very insidious mental health issues and I'd never connected with anyone, no one had ever actually helped. I grew up from a young age knowing all about self betterment and spiritual growth but never connected with it in any real way, could never apply it to myself. I was honestly out of hope completely when my mom sent me Jane's website and told me to make the appointment because it was do or die for myself as well as my relationship. After the first text with Jane I felt so comforted by the way she interacts with the people she helps, the homework and amazing resources she sends kickstarted my brain into overdrive and I'm not sure how it happened exactly but I've already changed more in the last few weeks than I have ever prior. Meeting Jane was a life changing experience. My significant other and I were at a point where I thought our relationship was irreparably broken. I was barely able to convince her to even attend a session, and I looked at it as a last desperate attempt to stay with someone I love more than words and that I knew in my heart I should not be parted from, but with whom logically neither of us in our right minds would ever stay in the relationship. That was perhaps three weeks ago, and so much has happened in that time that it is difficult to consolidate into a short review. Jane is unlike any other counselor. Jane changed my life within just a few sessions. Even so, I continue to work with her and continue to transform my romantic and family relationships in a powerful way. Jane is a phenomenal counselor. She has a wider knowledge base and more diverse background of study than anyone I have ever known. I believe she can work with absolutely anyone because she is open-minded, non-judgmental, and seems to study everything she can get her hands on regarding relationships, trauma, psychology, and spirituality. I have to say this lady is awesome. As someone who has been is very interested in improving my self through books and seminars, I can say that Jane has opened me up to a new way of looking at myself and my spouse that is improving our relationship. Without getting too deep into the process she's helping me realize that all the psychological tools I use to succeed in business can and should also be applied to my marriage. Most importantly she's giving me insight into how my wife's mind works. I have been in counseling on-and-off since I was 5 years old, and the last 4 sessions I had with Jane have helped me go deeper into my recovery than I have in the last 20 years. I started off in couple's counseling, ended my relationship soon after, and continued individual counseling with Jane. I leave every session with Jane feeling empowered, seen, and never judged. I love Jane I met her in 2014 and let me tell you she changed my life for the better she is the best counselor I have ever had (I have had a few). Jane is amazing! It is so difficult to find a counselor who I don't feel is analyzing and labeling me but I got lucky when I found Jane. She has always made me feel so comfortable during our sessions. I feel more like I am talking to a close friend who gives really great advice than a mental healthcare provider. Jane Fendelman has been the only individual who has been able to help me move forward from the problems that I face having Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. My husband and I knew we needed to see a therapist for awhile. We found Jane and couldn't be happier. The first time I met with Jane I was hesitant, unsure of what to expect. I left that first time feeling good about myself and had an instant sense of compassion and empathy. I had been really struggling with severe anxiety attacks for quit some time until I xame to one of Jane's classes. She showed me how to over come my anxiety to a point where I was literally starting to have an anxiety attack right when her class started.
