WTS is a small operation, and that makes it feel like the staff there really care about you and your particular situation. Every year, I walk in and Ron has my purple file folder in hand; he remembers me and details about my last return to be sure to ask me appropriate questions and make sure I get a good return. I come in, tell the receptionist I'm here (they have evening hours during tax season, which is just awesome), and hand over my pile o'papers to Ron... Usually less than a half hour later, I'm out of there with my return submitted electronically, and a folder with copies of my returns, nicely labelled for my files. The prices are reasonable, and they are good to returning customers and those with multiple returns to file. I cannot say enough good things about Woonsocket Tax Services and Ron in particular; anytime tax preparation comes up in conversation, I recommend them. A wonderful experience (even if you end up owing!) every time!
