Chris far exceeds the expectations of customer service and always goes above and beyond when addressing my needs or concerns. After my mortgage company failed to pay my homeowners insurance, Chris worked persistently and even during off hours to get my cancelled policy reinstated with my insurance company. I am a first time home buyer and you can definitely say I have a lot to learn about how the process and this whole insurance thing works. When I first made the switch, I had him review my policy to make sure I had everything I needed and wasn't oversold the first time. Chris took the time to explain my policy to me and all of the little credits and charges in a way that I was better able to understand. Everything looked good and he even made a few recommendations with thorough explanations as to why he suggested what he did. My policy went from $140 a month for two liability vehicles to $320 for the same coverage I wasn't even paying that for two full coverage vehicles! I came into this location Saturday after making an appointment to update my license address. The…read moreservice was straightforward, I waited less than 15 minutes for the entire process which included filing out the firm given to me at the counter, to taking a new picture for my license and payment. The branch is small but inviting. Everyone was super nice it sure beat going to the dmv and taking time out of work. I like the sign that pets are AAA members. The price is the same as it would be at the dmv. Great service and great experience. I recommended this location
