The branch is small but inviting. Everyone was super nice it sure beat going to the dmv and taking time out of work. I like the sign that pets are AAA members. I was completely satisfied with my allstate insurance until they more than doubled my insurance I…read morehave been a loyal customer of this company since I was 18 and I have always Reccommended to all my friends and family to do business through you when I called to inquire why my insurance increased so dramatically I was told it's due to colission rates with Uninsured motorists so pretty much your way of compensating that is to have your loyal customers pay for twice the policy (1 theirs and 1 the uninsured motorist) I cannot stand by a company who would treat customers so disgracefully. My policy went from $140 a month for two liability vehicles to $320 for the same coverage I wasn't even paying that for two full coverage vehicles! I am disappointed with the way you are treating your loyal customers Allstate please find a way to fix this!

He took the right away from me on the Main Rd.,. LibertyMutual turned around and said that nobody was at fault pay for his car and I am now driving around with a damaged car, which I cannot get a sticker for and cannot pay for. The sad part is he's the one who gave the statement to the police officer. It states that the driver who hit me was at fault and liberty mutual decided to ignore the rules of Massachusetts and the police.
