They used outdated information and pictures. Trying to get a call back or return email is like pulling teeth. When my husband called to question they immediately got defensive and yelled at him!!!! Gave them benefit of doubt, but did my own research. I found much better prices. When I called to cancel, calmly, the woman got immediately defensive. Started to say, loudly, you didn't give enough time to call back (five hours) Claimed we never read the email with quotes. We did, when I told her I found a cheaper quote, well then she got REAL mad. When I told her we were unhappy with lack of communication, she said something I couldn't quite hear, but I don't think it was very nice. She then hung up on me in a huff. Very unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend you use this company, unless you want to be yelled at more than once by their employees. It won't really let me reply, but I'm not going to say much because I don't think it's is really required. I'm so grateful to be out of your company. Our frustration has nothing to do with the insurance company. Just you. We actually spoke to them at corporate due to your incompetence, and they also criticized your behavior. Please I would love if you would share the conversation, especially when she hung up on me. I recorded it too just in case this happened so please share and then I can share what actually happened because I never raised my voice once, got a little startled when I was spoken to you in such a rude manner probably a little frustrated, but I don't raise my voice to people as it doesn't get you anywhere. Got a really good vibe and connection with the girl Jillian who was the insurance broker. We did get some discounts not the family one because we didn't have a marriage license. And we have two different last names, but in the end, she ends up saving us like $100 a year which to me is a big savings for uninsurance and we've got two car policies and an apartment policy there so to me that makes a big difference Every little bit helps. A friend recommended Lovely Agency and I stopped one morning with my insurance coverage printouts from Liberty. The people here were, so friendly. The looked up what they would have charged to insure my old vehicle before it was totaled by the other driver. It turns out they would have insured me with better coverage for about $200 less. My brand new car with better coverage cost about $100 more than my 2005 was costing with Liberty Mutual. This is pretty impressive considering I was also supposedly getting a corporate discount through my company on my Liberty plan. My home owners with better coverage came out to about $200 less as well, but they suggested that it be moved when my policy was up for renewal. The agent pro-actively emailed me about a month before and asked for some information she needed to make the switch over for me. She also called to confirm everything was switched over. In addition, I received a hand written thank you card for my business just a few weeks later. This experience is starkly different than the service I received from Liberty Mutual. I needed to call multiple times to get a response to any of my requests. In some case they never returned my calls at all. Lovely Agency is all about service and they have very competitive rates. I can't recommend these folks enough.

A few months ago I had a fender bender by backing into a parked car. I have an excellent driving record but because I hit the car, I faced the prospect of a fairly high surchange for an extended period of time.But Bob Keras the firms president who handled the claim told me something I forgot. At the time he wrote the policy ,he noticed I qualified for so he added an Accident Forgiveness Rider and I would not have this surcharge.This is what makes Keene Insurance a special place to do business and why I trash those solicitations from large national companies. Because Karen (literally her name) couldn be bothered to do her job, Arbella refuses to re-issue my homeowner policy and I have to go through the rigamarole of finding a whole new insurance company to cover my house with a new inspection.
