We had an outstanding experience working with Chad Wollman from Bullet Security, Inc. From the very…read morebeginning, Chad was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He came to our home and walked through every detail of the alarm system with my husband, making sure we fully understood our options and felt completely comfortable with the setup. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how tailored his recommendations were to our specific needs. He did not take a one size fits all approach. Instead, he carefully evaluated our home and designed a system that truly made sense for our space and our lifestyle. Chad is clearly an expert in his field. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the technology in a way that was easy to understand, and ensure everything was installed and functioning perfectly. His professionalism and responsiveness gave us total confidence throughout the entire process. We now feel so much more secure in our home thanks to Chad and his team. I would highly recommend Bullet Security, Inc. to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and detail oriented security partner. We feel lucky to have found them! Maureen & Kevin Meehan

I purchased a fairly sophisticated alarm system from Mitchell over two years ago. I initially…read morereached out to him because I wanted more than the "2 doors and 1 motion detector" intro package offered by the national chains. Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.

He suggested we troubleshoot over the phone before sending a technician to my house. Since the equipment is old, he had to send a technician after all. While I was waiting for the technician to arrive, I fiddled with the settings and ended up resolving the issue on my own. What really stood out to me was the honesty--both Mitchell and the technician could have easily said I needed new equipment or upgrade or unnecessary work, but instead they were supportive and completely upfront. Very fair, trustworthy, and refreshing to deal with a company that operates with integrity. Highly recommend for your security needs!
