I felt like my old salon wasn't listening to me and when I complained about the condition my hair was in it was attributed to my nerves and diet not to the multiple mistakes my hairdresser made. Helen was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She told me the only true way to get rid of bleach damage was to cut it out. I was nervous but I gave her my ok. I wound up with the cutest neck length haircut!! It looks good straight and curly and thanks to the cut, conditioning treatment and recommendations Helen gave me -- my hair looks and feels so healthy. She even gave me a make to tone down the brassiness (I had colored it on my own). I am so impressed and have definitely found my new salon.

There were two Groupons, one was cheaper and did not include the two week refill. Groupon refunded my money. I love Groupon! I had the extensions done. When I paid and made my two week appointment she told me it would cost $55 cash, or credit would cost even more! I was in a hurry and didn't say anything. Today it really bothered me. I contacted them and they are refusing to honor their agreement with me. No matter what I said, they would not honor their agreement. They have my money and that's all they care about. I wasn't asking for anything extra. If they weren't going to include the two week refill, then charge me the price for the lesser expensive Groupon. I could have lived with that. Don't tell me you're going to honor the deal I had, charge me the higher price which included the two week fill-in, and then tell me you're not going to honor that deal. That is just dishonest!
