We have been getting our lab work done here for many years. Whenever we need to get blood tests or…read moreother lab work done, this location is our first choice as well as the closest and where we see our primary care physician. So partly it's a convenience factor but there are other considerations as well, especially for my wife. For some reason nurses tend to have trouble finding her veins and have to often make multiple attempts. At this lab the nurses seem to be consistently able to successfully find it on their first try, especially Marilyn! The results are normally available on line in less than 24 hours. Currently they are requiring masks and also checking temperatures upon entering and blocking off some of the waiting room seating to maintain the required distances.

I had to call the number on google and ask for which entrance (East). I parked and went in to look at the directory and walked down the hall. The waiting room was empty and small, but very clean. I told her my name, gave her my slip and insurance card, and only waited a few minutes. Everything went by really fast. The nurse was kind and helpful. She asked if I had any questions and took her time with me because I do not like needles. She explained what she was doing and what was being tested, which was very helpful. I am glad I chose St. John.
