Mike and Carrie take a consultative approach with their patients and advise on what is necessary along with advice on being proactive with potential work that could avoid problems down the road. They are genuine and honest and that to me is the most important aspect of any type of healthcare. They are so awesome with our children, 5 and 7 and I can't express how thankful we are to be a part of their dental practice.

I took the guard into a check up with my periodontist and he informed me that this guard requires a specific shape as to prevent the jaw from locking up during sleep. The shape of my guard is not correct and my jaw momentarily caught on the guard during the exam. Dr. Murray's office is refusing to make good on the guard. They are also refusing to issue any type of refund of the $500.00 paid for the guard.

Stacy, I imagine the office manager, but I'm not sure, was great helping me navigate how my dental insurance works and what my out-of-pocket expenses would be, so there weren't any surprises when I checked out. I felt safe and well cared of during this time of high precautions b/c of COVID. Rachel, the dental assistance (not sure of her title) was friendly, professional and explained the evaluation/assessment process every step of the way. My new dentist, Dr. Bryant, was warm and engaging and friendly. He provided a clear idea of what was and wasn't needed as a treatment plan going forward. And then came the part most of us hate-the cleaning. But Theresa was SO friendly and chatty and funny it made the time she scraped, poked and buffed my teeth go by quickly. While Summit was able to get me a new retainer, the quality is questionable at best. I sought out a female practitioner and team who advertised experience and understanding of dental anxiety, but everyone I spoke to seemed ambivalent or even confused anytime I expressed concern about money or the quality of the work that was being done. I'm stuck with subpar fillings and will have to find a new provider anyway; I would caution new patients before pursuing care here.
