They pushed for a special root cleaning procedure that cost an out of pocket extra $300 that should have been the red flag and then they knew I had 2 dental plans and they billed so much they used up all my coverage from BOTH plans without telling in advanced they would do this. They left me without any coverage for the needed crown which was $700. without dental coverage for the duration of the year and it's January !!!! I can't even get my teeth cleaned because of their over greed and over billing. Don't use this practice go else where.

On our second visit it was time for the root canal. My husband had been neglecting his teeth so the procedure took longer than expected, about 3 hours. I was able to stay with him through it all, as he is not a fan of going to the dentist. Both Dr. Carolyn Chong and her assistant explained everything during the procedure and even took x-rays after to ensure all went well. My husband even said Dr. Carolyn Chong had gentle hands and didn't really feel the needles and was even falling asleep during the procedure. We had a great experience and will be making another appointment in February for his 6 month follow up.

Office staff were great, Dr Nealon explained what was going to happen at the consult with no sense of upselling; and during the procedure he exuded a casual professionalism and confidence as things progressed. His help was on top of things too. There was some pain for about 18hrs after, nothing that some high doses of IB couldn't handle. He even came in on a weekend to deal with a time-dependent touch up. Within a couple days everything seems back to normal. There are definitely things worse than a root canal.

You can immediately tell how incredibly knowledgeable and intelligent he is, yet what stands out even more is how humble he is.
