Purchased my new holland c345 from these guys a couple years ago have always taken it in on time…read morefor service and noticed my ac wasn't working so I checked the cabin air filter packed full had never been replaced I pointed it out to clay and he said "we don't check cabin air filters in the winter " ac still did not work so took it back down they charged me 200 plus dollars to "recharge it " and the ac still does not work till this day will be taking my stuff elsewhere and won't ever do business with these guys again wouldn't recommend anyone else to either as there Technition is only 21 years old. Shouldn't be selling equipment and servicing equipment if you don't know what you're doing

Bought a New Holland C332 skid steer from them in 2022 and has been a decent machine up until this…read morepast winter the low oil pressure light started coming on. We checked the oil pressure with a manual gauge and it was only getting 10-13psi of pressure running. Tried a few simple things that didn't change the pressure any so I called Boone Tractor in Salem, Va and they said they would check it out. They called me a few days later and said it was ready. When I got there I started it up same problem , low oil pressure light still on. Their fix was a software update and a new oil switch. Never put a manual gauge to check oil pressure. I took the machine home and had a local guy look at it and found from doing some looking online that other people were having the same problem and it was that New Holland painted the inside of the oil pans and the hardner wasn't correct, which caused the paint to peel off and clog the oil pump. We pulled the motor and that's exactly what we found. Called dealership and at first they seemed like they would help with cost because the machine only had 800 hrs on it but after getting the run around with who to talk to I realized they don't stand behind their products at all. Manager doesn't return phone calls at all. Machine does great now with oil pressure reading 65psi but I'll never buy another New Holland again and if anybody asks about them I'll definitely tell them to stay away.

I cannot believe Stihl authorizes these people to service their equipment. Maybe Stihl does not…read moreknow how they treat people and their equipment. Well, they will very soon. My mother-in-law took her Stihl blower in to have the primer bulb replaced. That was all it needed. That was all she wanted done. What they did to her blower was criminal. Not only did they not replace the primer bulb as she had ask, they broke the throttle lever off the carburetor when they dis-assembled it. Why they dis-assembled her blower to replace an easily accessible primer bulb is beyond any conceivable explanation or understanding. When she went in to pick up her blower after being told it was ready, she was handed a bag of parts, and a bill for fifty some dollars. They had the nerve to tell her (after they broke the carburetor) it needed a new carburetor, and it was going to cost as much to repair the blower as it would be to purchase a new one. Then they charged her fifty some dollars for their "fine" service. All it needed was a primer bulb! You can see in the attached photo the condition in which they returned her blower. If legible, the broken throttle lever pieces are circled in the photo. Unbelievable!!! Had this happened to me, these people would be in court making reparations for the damage they caused. This is truly criminal taking advantage of a person in this manner. If I heard one day someone burned them out, I just might have to smile.

Worst ever!!!!! Never buy another Toro as long as I live nor will any family member or friend I…read morecan convince. Almost two year old self-propelled mower in shop for third time and again, warranty doesn't apply for one reason or another. 3 trips and $410.00 later I refuse to fix it again if it breaks. Sticking with Stihl from now on. The Cutting Edge never bothered to tell me this last time they're no longer affiliated with Toro until after they called me to let me know other cost involved on top of initial repairs already completed. Told me $197.00 to pay for what they've already done, which is under warranty but not honored at that location, but now mower won't start so additional $70 to clean. Mower started fine before I dropped it off.

It took me no more than 30 minutes to install and my old Satoh fired up once again for the first time in a couple of years! What is really wonderful about the folks at Valley is they aren't even vendors for the part, they simply recommended it!! The previous update was a bit more involved. Per their suggestion, I took off the intake manifold and shipped it to them. The replaced my carb with a new model packed it up and shipped it back. Upon installation it started immediately without even using the choke! VPP I'm a fan!

In addition, they provide a location on Yahoo, "Troy Bilt Tiller Club" for owners of these fine historic machines to exchange information, ask Bill about parts and get his advice, provide documents, allow posting of photographs, etc., all for free to us.
