I LOVE everything about Pine Ridge including their plant quality, variety and (with one exception)…read moretheir customer service, including knowledge, advice and friendliness! HOWEVER, DO NOT RELY ON THE COMPANY'S GUARANTEE POLICY!!! I have purchased thousands and thousands of dollars worth of plants and merchandise from them in the past. Unfortunatly, I recently requested a replacement for a CLEARLY DEAD tree; a tree that was pointed out to them 6 months ago and was told to "watch it and see if it comes back". When shown the tree recently, I was asked to "PROVIDE THE PURCHASE RECEIPT" which I no longer have!!!!!!! I hope this was just the action of one "wrong-headed" employee and not a reflection of Pine Ridge! As mentioned earlier, the Company is, otherwise, ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC!!! As they say, "One bad apple....".

(He's either the owner or needs a day off bc he's always there) always greets you as you walk in. The staff is very helpful and seems fairly knowledgeable when I've had questions. Quick check out lines. Easy returns. They have a full Hallmark Card store inside as well as various local makers items. They also host a delicious privately owned hot dog stand every day in the parking lot. The gentleman who runs the stand is also extremely nice and backs his product 100%. The only thing this location lacks is a good garden center with plants. If it had that I wouldn't go to any other hardware store. Highly recommend NW Ace!

I thought I would never have water but thanks to Haynes I can rest easy. Side note: Tory is just as amazing as Dallas is! Thank you for the great service!!

Horrible Operation (price, quality of workmanship improper install, overcharging, and unneeded…read moreequipment) unfortunately. We paid $12 grand for all new equipment and install - we found out not that long after (we had no water and had to call a well specialist through American Homeshield) that they not only sold us equipment we didn't need (to the tune of $5k) but also installed a USED tank (said it was NEW) and improperly installed our system, leaving wires exposed which ended up drying the system AND we found the bladder was bad in the tank. We should have gotten 10-15 years out of our investment, instead we got less than 3, and had to pay an additional $4k for their shoddy work. On top of that, when they did initial install, they left a HUGE mess, which cost us even more time to clean up both in and out of our house, including haul away fees for the old equipment they dumped in our yard and left there. Would NOT recommend....EVER.
