Diagnosed correctly, worked on the car right away, went the extra in taking care of my car repairs that needed parts as well. Fair, reasonable price. They even took care of me by providing transportation to a local hotel and delivered my car the next morning prior to check out time.

We were driving on 81 north to Manassas when the air conditioning started blowing warm air. Then the low battery light came on. Then some dash lights went out. We knew something was wrong and were just before the Christiansburg exit, so I quick looked on yelp and saw Ashton's Place not far with a 5 star review. So I started calling and Ashton answered and as I was on the phone explaining, the car stopped completely and we just made it into a little store just down the road from Ashton's. He said stay there, I'll walk down to you. He came with a portable battery & got us started. We drove to his shop and he took a look right away, and told us what it would cost and how long he estimated, which would put it past his closing time. He asked if we had somewhere to stay overnight; he assured us he would try and get it done or if he couldn't that night, definitely the next morning. He even recommended a hotel (which we loved!) and asked his coworker, Joe, to drive us there! Near the hotel was a restaurant we were eating. Halfway through dinner he called to say it was ready! They had stayed after closing to finish it. He even brought it to us at the restaurant! I don't know about you, but I've never had better service than that! Not many would go the extra mile(s) he did! Fair prices, outstanding service, honest, friendly... treating you like family. Can't recommend more highly!! Thank you Ashton and Joe. You made our breakdown into a easy, and stress-free experience.

The receptionist and her manager Sandy are both the most hideous, vulgar and disrespectful people you will ever meet if you DARE to disagree with them. Sandy will lie to your face even if you have evidence recorded and will not hesitate to be vulgar. She's a bitter, narcissistic, and lonely old woman who does not deserve to have the position she has. Treating customers who have been in an unfortunate crash should be for someone who is compassionate and empathetic. No one chooses to be involved in a crash. NOW, my respect goes to Kevin. From the first phone call to the last step we took out the door we were treated with respect and with honesty. Our vehicle is one that is not that popular in America but that was no challenge for "Brad" the mechanic. ( I wish I would have got his last name because he deserves a gigantic raise and a steak dinner or two after he helped us out.) He popped the hood and immediately pointed out the problem. He also noticed a bit of oil in a place that oil shouldn't be so he said he wanted to look at the vehicle a little closer. I agreed and my kids and I went to sit in the waiting room. The waiting room was nice, it had an adjoining bathroom and lots of toys and a television to keep us entertained while we waited. This place could have taken me for all I had knowing that I needed to get back on the road, but they didn't. The service manager brought us a written quote for the repairs and on it he detailed what was actually "Needed" to get us up and going again and also what was optional but recommended to be done. That right there shows honesty and integrity and I was thankful to have stumbled upon this place in the midst of the cornfields. The receptionist was kind enough to let us use her computer to find a local hotel to stay in since our plans had changed because of the vehicle trouble. There was also a very kind lady in the waiting room who also helped us. All around, the people here were just nice and helpful! Definitely something that is rare anymore in America and when it is seen, it is appreciated. After the job was done, the service manager asked if I wanted to see the parts that were replaced. My husband is a mechanic as well so I agreed to take a look so that I would know what to show him when I got home. Brad took the time to show us what had failed and what he had replaced. He even offered for us to take the old parts with us. It might not have been much to them to offer to show me what was done, but to me it was amazing and they went above and beyond. We have already decided that when we want to get another one of our "specialty" vehicles that we will be custom ordering it from them. We will travel for exceptional service!
