The care from this team is truly stellar!…read more Have you ever met people who are genuinely good, kind, and compassionate? That's exactly what you'll find here. I've known Dr. Dwelly since before my son was born nearly 20 years ago, and I was so happy to find him again a couple of years ago. Dr. Dwelly has a true gift. He doesn't just perform an adjustment--he has an incredible ability to understand what your body needs. Time after time, I've walked into his office hurting and left feeling better. He is intuitive, genuinely cares about his patients, and is dedicated to helping them heal. That combination is rare. I also have to mention Mayleene. She is absolutely wonderful--kind, caring, responsive, and goes above and beyond in ways that are so rare these days. She is truly a gem. Together, they make an outstanding team that genuinely cares about their patients. Thank you, Dr. Dwelly and Mayleene, for the exceptional care, kindness, and dedication you show every day. You are both true gems, and I feel incredibly grateful to have found you again.

For a year I had tried 3 types of therapy including Facia. None worked or made my pain worse. I was told many times by Mailene, the receptionist for multiple Dr's, to go to him, but I am not a chiro gal (or wasn't). But spasming back muscles, neck pain forced me to try and in just one visit gave me amazing relief. Dr. Bruce takes his time listens, feels the muscles and body structure before doing anything! I'm so thankful the very least I can do is bring fresh summer fruits and thank him here! Father God bless him in Jesus' Name and Mailene for pushing me!

By the time I walked in I could barely move or take a breath without pain. Lopresti has not only healed me but gives helpful tips on posture and always with a smile or anecdote. You really end up feeling like you made a new friend as opposed to getting lectured because you work on a computer. (Who doesn't?) He also lets me bring my child with me when I don't have childcare. The office is clean and he wears a mask. Price is reasonable. Location can't be beat. Most of all though, he is just a really great chiropractor and that is priceless. I'd give this spot 10 stars if I could.

Very nice people who sincerely believe in what they do. The problem is that they will tell you that…read morethey can fix almost anything wrong with you, and they can't. I went to them for two months, 2-3 times a week and even paid for the magic $90-a-session table they told me about after I paid for adjustments. Didn't do a thing, no change. And the adjustments they do are fairly worthless, and the tests? Forget about it- no scientific proof they work. Plus, it seemed like every time I told them nothing was helping they would encourage me to stick with it, or buy another thing from them or someone else. They told me it would take months to help my back- but they have no idea. Their main goal is to keep you coming in and paying them. Dr. Simms is the worst in this regard. Nice guy- just doesn't think about value for his patients. It was also like pulling teeth to get a defined list of exercises, I basically had to do it myself. They're no worse than other chiros, and I'm sure they help people, but not people with my problem. Wish I hadn't spent so much money finding this out. Now I'll try the medical route, no shortcuts.

All chiropractors aren't created equal…read more Chiropractors try and sell the snap, crackle and pop. Not with the very best Dr. Colby. It is the type of care that is related to previous physical health, such as injury physically and mentally. Dr. Colby has the knowledge of how to properly treat me, who's had sciatic pain, at a young age. He did nervous tests, x-rays, etc. With those tests, he discussed how I would be treated based on current conditions and how to stretch and exercise at home. My alignment improved over time. After those tests and initial adjustment, I got the best care from Dr. Colby! My sciatic pain has went down tremendously. He knew how to locate pain points. He is gentle and very precise with how he adjusts. No matter if he was over in Granite Bay, or the other location in El Dorado Hills, he made sure I didn't go out until I was in relief. He has a great saying "move it, shake it, don't break it." I was sentimental having to move across the country after the care Dr. Colby has given me for months on end. He was understanding and helped me find a chiropractor in my new hometown to be sure I was getting the same care I've been receiving. The chiropractor recommendation became a smooth transition. I owe it to Dr. Colby for his education and whit of knowing how to properly treat his patients. If you've been looking for a truly effective treatment for your back and neck pain, that keeps you stiff day and night, look nowhere else. I'd like to add that Back to Health Chiropractic plays worship music in their office, which kept me at peace with my treatment. Unashamedly so, they are a company with Christian values!
