I spent over $2,000 on adjustments, and their decompression table, over the course of two months to see if they could help me. No difference - zero, zip, NADA. I have now had a doctor, and extensive web research, confirm what I suspected- chiropractors can't DO A THING for my condition. But that didn't stop them from selling me on a months-long series of adjustments, then they brought out the magic $100-for-20 minutes table. And when I mentioned that it wasn't working, Dr Simms suggested other people I could pay for help, like Pilates. Wasted money all of it. Don't be like me, talk to a doctor first. (My doctor brought me more relief in one visit with some steroid shots than these jokers did in two months.)

I suffer from constant migraines, back pain, and a few other ailments that are most likely a result…read morefrom poor posture and neglecting and abusing my body when I was younger. When I first decided to see a chiropractor I started off by choosing the one closest to my house out of convenience -- that was a mistake. After parting ways with that chiropractor, I tried out 4 more that used various techniques. 3 out of the 4 didn't seem like their treatments worked for me, and the 4th did a bait and switch in pricing and I ended up owing thousands of dollars after a few months of treatments. Then my search led me to Dr. Alvarez, and that's where my struggle ended. I have been seeing Dr Alvarez for about 6 years now. She used a combination of treatments on me, and I have never felt better. My migraines have been non existent, I used to have to carry painkillers in my pockets before out of fear that my migraine might sneak up on my, but I don't have to do that any more. A few years ago I was in a car accident and it set my progression back quite a bit, but Dr. Alvarez went out of her way to accommodate to my situation and my recovery was very quick. Sadly, she moved her practice out of my area, but fortunately I have family close to where she is now. Once she gets her practice up and running I will definitely schedule a time for an adjustment, and for my relatives too.

Coming from another chiropractor, I'm telling you Dr. Lowrey is the best hands down. What makes him…read moredifferent is he can offer chiropractic in combination with Prolozone injections (and even PRP injections). I hurt my back, to the point where I couldn't walk for 2 days. Dr. Lowry took me in. Took his time. His adjustments were spot on but what was different is he injected me with Prolozone. For those that don't know Prolozone injections use ozone gas and other substances, such as collagen producing substances. Ozone gas stimulates the body's natural healing response, which can increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and promote collagen production. It sounds like Voodoo. All I know is I went from laying in bed not moving to being able to treat my own patients in 3 days. I was so skeptical, but hands down I will be going back to him for any future issues. Chiropractic with a combination of Prolozone injections is the best way to deal with pain no questions asked.

If you're too busy to take on new patients, that's one thing, but to gaslight me into thinking I'm a bad person is completely on another level. I had "bad vibes" per the owner and wasn't a fit for his practice--how unprofessional for a chiropractor to say to a stranger's face. And he didn't even have the decency to call beforehand to let me know prior appointment that he couldn't see me as a patient.
