The dentist also said I didn't need a root canal but I very clearly do and am still in pain. I definitely won't let him do it anyway! I would not let him clean my dog's teeth. They told me to contact their customer care team which never called back. I am getting a refund and you are not billing my insurance since I have to go get another dentist to fix your work.

On the day of her appointment, my wife called to mention there was cement on her teeth from a previous retainer and asked if it could be removed before taking molds. She was told maybe, but the doctor was very busy. Then she was quoted $100 more per retainer--$350 each! When we asked why, they said prices had gone up since I got mine, even though my wife was just quoted $250 a few days prior.
