I really liked the new dr we saw and felt she was very thorough. Then I ordered glasses. I was told 10 business days when every other place we have used takes 5-7. Then after 10 days I called and was told a mistake was made so they have to remake them so it would be another 10 business days. after a month and a half I called again and was told they sent me a text message 19 prior. there was no text messages ever received and obviously no follow up. I work 14 hour days and got off early on a Wednesday morning to pick them up. much to my Doris they were closed for a team meeting. SMH I give up! if this is OK with you go ahead, good luck.
