Lesson learned they are not a cosmetic dentistry and I spent a chunk of money for a partial (nesbit) to find this out. The first one had to be replaced due to the pain it caused my mouth and it looked fake. After writing them a letter they did allow me to come back. I waited quite a long while for them to fix it to find out after I called they informed me the company they were working with up and closed. They had to get me another one made. This one cuts my top gum when I pull it out and hurts so I can't leave it in. I didn't feel comfortable going back again and have counted it a loss. I don't reccomend them for any type of cosmetic dentistry. I also had never experienced the way they do billing and question if it breaks hippa violations. When you go to sign out the front area is right there and everyone can hear them talking about what you owe. They don't ask if you can pay today they ask how you are going to pay today. There is no privacy to this. They don't tell you that you have to pay before they bill your insurance company. They do let you know your estimated share of the bill.

She booked me right away and my appointment was within five hours of hanging up. Fantastic service. What a miracle. I called a different dentist in the same area just before ESD; and of course, encountered a rushed, unpleasant, rude receptionist who just needs a new job. Facility clean, dentist ran on time. Work needed got done efficiently. Comfortable, clean, loved my new patient gift too. A nice touch. They stand out so yes, this practice deserves five solid stars! Come here you will be happy. I'm actually looking forward to dental visits now, finally!

When I lived in Wheaton, which was a lot closer to downtown Silver Spring, I still always wrote/typed Wheaton, MD 20902. I had a dentist when I live in Wheaton that was less than a mile away, and she was good, and it's a hassle finding a new dentist. I moved to Russett in 2020, and I kept going all the way back to Wheaton for my dentist through 2023. My girlfriend recommended her dentist Colesville Dentistry, and she was right! I first arrived here in May 2024, then November 2024, & most recently May 2025. Wow, this dentist is top notch, blows the Wheaton dentist I had out of the water. The staff is friendly, efficiently gets you in. Dr. Chai, other dentists, & technicians have been friendly doing a great job with the cleanings as well as advise on better dental habits. Also, this is a state of the art dental office. When you are lying on the dental chair, there is a TV screen above you with high definition nature scenes which is peaceful when the dentist isn't exactly the most pleasant experience even with Colesville Dentistry being the best case scenario goes as far as the dentist goes. They have great technology with computer modeling of my teeth & more, which the prior dentist I had fell short. Although it's still not super close to my home, still easier than going to Wheaton and worth the drive. Overall, I highly recommend Colesville Dentistry.

Not sure she was at all confident in her position there, as she seemed a bit hesitant to get things going, more friendly chit chat. Time for scan of my mouth, and she couldn't get it to work. She tried over and over with no avail and was super apologetic, but obviously she had no idea what she was doing with the scanner, she just knew to stand me in front of it and push a button. She was almost in panic mode when someone walked by and she said she needed help. Their response was, "Oh, it's broken, they are supposed to fix it soon." So back to the chair we went where she fiddled with my mouth. After a bit she went and checked and they said the scanner was fixed, so I went and had that done. Eventually this female dentist came in and looked in my mouth, she never so much as touched me and then looked at the scan and other info they had on me and she said there wasn't anything she could do for me, that I should go get my teeth extracted and come back and she'd give me dentures! WTH? She told me to make an appointment with an oral surgeon now because it takes a long time to get an appointment. She got up and left. She wasn't with me for more than 5 minutes! She never discussed any concerns I had, she just left me hanging. Who ever said I wanted my teeth pulled and not repaired? Who said I would want dentures? Other options? I thought she must be having a really bad day! This cost me $350! I left there thinking what the hell just happened? Believe me when I say I was sure I would NEVER be returning to that office! Dr. Todd could have just glued the crown back on but took the time to do x-rays and saw that there was decay underneath it that I'll need to take care of. The temporary fix will get me back home with a glued on crown so I can take care of it with my regular dentist. 5 stars for Dr Todd and her staff!

I had a lot of questions about what I was seeing in the X-rays and the answers weren't satisfactory; he was pushy and against my better judgement I let him drill the one (I had never previously had a cavity). This caused a lot of anxiety and hadn't been to the back to the dentist since until today. As for the 5-6 others, it has been 8yrs, I finally just went back. I have only 1 small cavity now that just started to form. Get a copy of your X rays and get a second opinion. There are online services that do that now. The filling he did was fine, just understand the doc is probably going to drill unnecessarily
