They spent the time to answer all the questions and concerns we had. Being that they are pediatricians you would expect them to be good with babies and kids... They are more than good... They are phenomenal! I love that they also offer Sunday hours and no questions are ever a waste of time for them! The staff who answer phones and are at the front desk are also superb! Everyone seems to genuinely love being there- and is just a good environment. We interviewed other offices before deciding on here and we are glad that we chose this practice. They definitely put my first time mom worries to ease.

By all means, bring your child here if you enjoy feeling rushed and not listened to. Dr. Junio…read morenever spent more than 3-5 minutes examining my child over the 5 years he went to her. She continually made bad diagnoses because she never listened or took the time to check out the concerns. Eventually I asked for a referral to a specialist for another opinion, and she refused! She diagnosed my child's chronic sinus infection as asthma and prescribed an inhaler. He ended up in the ER after months of her horrible mistakes. When confronted about it, she literally laughed in my face and said she was "just a pediatrician" and that I should have gone to a specialist if I was concerned about a sinus infection....when I had already asked her and was refused at every appointment! This lady is seriously lacking in the empathy and listening departments. My biggest regret is sticking with her as long as we did!

I was really nervous for this change, but the new doctors and staff made me feel so secure about the transition and are always so helpful when I have questions. I've never left the office with more questions than answers. While I will miss Dr. Lapsker, (she was my husbands pediatrician when he was a child) I know that there is a whole team that truly cares for every single child. I also love how small the practice is, and I feel like my children get the attention they deserve. There are sick and well child waiting rooms, as well as specific times of day that certain ages get scheduled, ie: newborns only in the morning to keep the amount of exposure to their new immune systems low. The small steps they take to ensure the safety, care and happiness of each and every patient and parent is above and beyond. And any parent knows that is SO important when looking for a good doctor.

The office has a nice kid's play area with books and such; my 5-year-old is often so excited about the books and still so relaxed and positive after his appointments that he'll want to stay and read another book before we go home. The exam rooms are decorated with wall decals and there are big mirrors alongside the exam tables that offer babies a fun diversion.
