Ever question I asked he didn't have the answer and shrugged. I was appalled that a facility in such condition would be performing any type of procedures on patients. I visited here to get a wisdom tooth extraction because they're in network for my insurance. After…read moremy evaluation I was quoted at over $500 out of pocket for the extraction even with Dental insurance. I thought this was odd, so I contacted my insurance to verify and they stated that the pricing was wrong and I should have it mostly covered. With all this complication I decided not to do my procedure here and went elsewhere only paying $40 out of pocket there. Fast forward two months from my evaluation at Black River I received a bill. Again, I have insurance so why am I being billed the full amount? Not just that but this bill is due in just 4 days after I received it! I contacted their office and they said "your insurance was maxed out". Impossible, because it was my first time using it. I contacted the insurance and came to find out they never submitted my claim to the insurance and not even sure how'd they know if it was maxed or not if they never submitted anything. My issue is currently being handled but I find this extremely odd to be asked to pay the full amount with such a close due date after receiving it. Even when I have Dental insurance that was never contacted. Save yourself the hassle and complication and go elsewhere.

The office…read morehad a wonderful relaxing vibe, the dentist was competent, and they got the entire thing done including sedation in exactly an hour, possibly a little less. No bruise from the IV despite my squirrely veins, not too much pain, clear written post-op instructions, and extremely nice staff. I hope never to have to get a tooth pulled again but these guys were amazing and I'd choose them again.
