I completed a full nightmare of a dormer on my home and was very skeptical to ever hire another contractor again. Tommy and Joe came to remove my waste line so a basement repair company could repair a collapsing wall. They removed all the piping in one day with only one weeks notice. The basement wall repair was completed the next day, and then the plumbing was completed on the third day. They also came to install a slop sink for my washer and a full home water filtration system with second faucet. All of this was completed in three days. Literally flawlessly and the guys were so accommodating, polite and helpful. Big City came out and provided a clear diagnostic and estimate for each of the affected units.
