I noticed dripping underneath the sink and assumed the pipes needed to be tightened. I called him back within 8 minutes so that he could check on the drip and he said nope I'm already headed to another job. Before he left to be thorough, he should have checked the pipe for a leak, which is the same pipe that is hooked up to the slop sink. So I scheduled another appointment. He came today, looked underneath the sink; there was no leak, nor a drip and he still charged me:$162.94. Where is the decency in that? It was still part of the last job. I like to pay people for their services but it was a real jerk move. No good customer service for repeat business. I plan on doing another job for thousands of dollars, but now with someone else. He just lost a loyal customer. Maybe I'm a novice in how things work. I've had a business and always issued courtesy. I'm not asking for a handout, but don't hustle long paying upstanding citizens.
