Not only does the bracelet have a yellow hue to it still ... but as you can see they didn't even fully rodium the safety chain. It's half white and half yellow now. Total absolute garbage work. When I told the girl it looked yellow her response was "well that happens sometimes". Excuse me? I've had this bracelet for years and never had such a shotty rodium done on it. I cannot believe these people charged me $240 for doing nothing! The bracelet literally looks worse now.

I picked it up today, and the clasp I selected works perfectly, because it also has safety hinges. I brought some scrap gold and broken silver bracelets to trade in for the repair cost. Abby, who originally helped me when I dropped the Omega necklace off, was there today as well. She meticulously tested each gold scrap and silver bracelet for authenticity and logged everything. She was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciate how thorough the procedures and rules are at the Gold Vampire when one sells precious metal. I recommend Gold Vampire/Hawkes and Company for your jewelry purchases and any jewelry repair work needed. Thank you Abby for your help.

Best jewelry designer available in greater Phoenix area…read more After struggling to deal with swollen knuckles and jewelry that would no longer fit, I finally went to see David. My two most important rings had been just sitting in my jewelry box; my wedding band that is engraved and a birthstone ring my Mom gave me for my 21st birthday. I had asked about putting the wedding band on a necklace with links around the band instead of looped through the center of the ring. After a few moments, David said he had a better idea. He wanted to drill through the band and thread a chain through. Plus hang a stone to showcase from it. That pulled in my Mom's ring. I'm absolutely in love with the end result. See picture. Two most important rings now joined and it will be an incredible piece to hand down in family. Thank you David!
