He has completely recovered and has full use of his shoulder so he can do what he wants to do again. I have dealt with bilateral hip pain for 4 years without proper diagnosis. Dr. Wolff knew what was wrong in 5 minutes of my exam. I had a right Hip Arthroscopy for FAI with Labrum Reconstruction on 4-19-2024. Immediately after surgery my hip pain was gone and the recovery was a breeze. I do not know if I am the exception but I was walking without crutches by day 11-12 without any issues. If you need any hip procedure in the DMV Dr. Wolff and his team are without exception the best Orthopedic Surgical Group around! Highly recommend!

I went back to him every 2 to 3 months for that year explaining to him that I was diligent with my physical therapy and taking the medication he told me to take, and yet the hip wasn't getting any better. But He continued to insist it was ongoing inflammation for over a year. Since he wasn't willing to consider what else it might be or offer any other solutions to help me, I went out and got a second opinion. So I saw another surgeon, and after he operated on me, he determined that I had extensive scarring inside my hip binding the hip flexor muscles to the hip capsule. After he removed all the scar tissue from my hip, it was much better and pain free. Dr. Wolff refused to consider that anything else may be going on, and so he wasn't able to help me. While a nice man, I found that he was rushed during our appointments and he wasn't always in the moment. So I don't feel he was always listening to what I had to say. Regardless, him continuing to insist my pain was due to inflammation for an entire year wasn't really him thinking about what else the problem might be or to consider other solutions.

The Surg Center staff kept saying it had been sent to CVS although it had not; I had to spend an entire afternoon after my surgery pursuing the issue. HOWEVER, staff at Metro Orthopedics (MOST) were extremely helpful (even though the issue was not theirs; the mistake came from the Surg Center). Both the MOST front desk and the surgery coordinator Dorinda were very supportive. Dorinda had to spend a lot of time on the phone to get my issue resolved and finally made sure that CVS received the prescription. From this experience, and also from previous interactions, I give 5/5 starts to MOST staff.

He was very confident that he could give do the surgery and improve my quality of life as it pertained to my foot pain and issues. I am going to be honest, there was a good amount of work done to my foot. Repair a plantar plate, fix a mild bunion, and remove 2 neuromas. He said he needed to shorten the second toe. I did everything that he told me to do. I did physical therapy in his office for the full recommended time. I went every week wearing 2 masks in a crowded office. I did all recommendations...Alex Brinlee my PT was excellent. However, Dr Feldman kept pushing the goalpost when I was not pain-free with the right amount of mobility in my foot. First, it was, give it 3 or 4 months....then, it takes at least 6 months, then, 9 months I am sure it will be better, and finally, this usually takes a year...Well, we are about 1.5 years post and my second toe doesn't move, the pain barefoot is the same or worse and I STILL can only wear sneakers comfortably. I cannot WEAR a small wedge or simple ONE inch heel. He said that I would be able to wear better shoes and was VERY confident. One visit that I had where I was complaining about my pain and the thickness on my foot, he ASSURED me that the thickness GOES AWAY and also told me that my x-ray was beautiful. Hmmm...Oh, I am glad my x-ray looks so lovely but how about you acknowledge how the PATIENT feels? I definitely felt he was being extremely arrogant. So, as time has gone on, I am very grateful that I can walk. I am grateful that I have my foot! But not happy with the outcome of my surgery. I did NOT want to post this review, but I wrote Dr Feldman a letter letting him know of my displeasure. Of course, he did NOT respond to me. That in itself speaks volumes. I want say that while I do NOT think that Dr. Feldman did anything WRONG. It just happened but his arrogance and lack of solutions are what is disappointing. Oh, let me not forget to mention that he recommended that I "protect my investment" by purchasing $300 custom insoles that HURT SO MUCH I CANNOT WEAR them. A total waste of money. Think twice about going to this practice!!!! Is this the type of doctor you want? Arrogance and no offering of better solutions to what a patient considers a FAILED surgery?

The aides seem incompetent and often don't know what your warmup routine is or what you're there for, as if the information is not updated for your visit. Also, some of the therapists seem over aggressive in their treatments, and as an older patient I don't and can't do heavy weights and frankly I got worse going to my sessions. They also leave you unsupervised for gaps of time where no one can correct your form or take your heavy weight from you. The therapists also are always having in depth conversations about sports, their weekends, their lives, their pets, as they 'work' on you and seem unfocused and careless about their jobs. The front desk staff is also rude and disrespectful at times and there is always a backlog of patients waiting to be checked in! I came here because it's close to my house and i have used a doctor from this practice for years but I've now found other options for my treatment and PT!
