Last week I had the unfortunate experience of having a cap pop off from my back tooth . I did not have a local dentist but instead would drive to Boston to my specialist. My friend for years raved about Dr.Galati ,as I don't know anyone who enjoys dental work ,unless you are a masochist or a sadist . This was a situation that required specialized and critical care , as if it is done incorrectly you are in a world of problems . I contacted his office and admit before contacting my friend I called two other dentists through my insurance plan.None could see me for a week .I contacted Dr Galaţi's office and the secretary who was quite sympathetic and concerned said she would call me back .She did within an hour to get me into the office by 4:30. The staff were fabulous,there were two other patients both were taken care of and listened to . Dr.Galati came out to greet me and then moments later his assistant came out as well . I cannot say enough ,immediately he addressed the problem ,took an ex ray , placed the cap on ,and I was on my way . There was absolutely no pain and no need for Novocain ,Dr.Galati 's expertise and knowledge of dental situations made his approach a gentle one . Needless to say I drove home all gain no pain .I have a new dentist no need to drive to Boston . I can honestly say, with all sincerity, that this office is on a different level. First and foremost Doctor Galati is a consumate professional. His skill level and attention to detail is unmatched. A true master of his craft. Just got back from the dentist and found a trouble area in my crown. (One I've had for 30+yrs) These guys went thru my mouth like nobody's business. As I was getting some Novacaine to fix my crown. I saw the state of the art 3d view of my teeth. The doctor was rotating the picture of my teeth upside down and right side up and all over!! It was very impressive to see how fast this went down. Before it took a couple hrs to fix a crown and do what needed to be done. Now it's like 30minutes and much much less pain/stress than ever before!! New state of the art equipment these guys have is incredible and just want to say thanks to the team for getting me in and out promptly with very little discomfort. It's very comforting now to go to the dentist and get in and out!!! Years ago I dreaded going to the dentist but now wow!!! Have times changed. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!!! read more

Dr. Galatti has been my dentist for years and he is wonderful. I am very particular being dentist phobic . A friend recommended him to me years ago. I always feel like I am in good hands when he works on fillings. He also has done two crowns for me. He reacts to an emergency, such as a broken tooth, promptly which is incredible peace of mind as well. Dentistry seems to me to involve artistic handwork. I am always satisfied with the results of his work. The hygienists in the office are also excellent. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced, calm, skilled, no pain, dentist even if it requires travel a distance he is so worth it. He is always up on current technologies as well and knows how to administer novocaine in a way that is pain free and effective. read more

Had my first trip to Dr Galaţi's office this past week after avoiding the dentist office for many years. I was worried about the reception I would get for neglecting my teeth for so long, but the entire staff treated me like I was a long time regular, no judging. Today's appointment was a cleaning. As usual attention was made to making it a pleasant experience. A big plus for this office is everyone is very pleasant and tries to be accommodating to your schedule when planning visits. And, there is very little wait time if any. It's a well run office.
