Then I get told I have an appointment the next day at 1pm and get auto-transferred to a receptionist. While she did try to help me she couldn't find any of my information and asked if I'd called the right office, etc? After several more minutes of confusion, I just gave up and said I'd contact another dentist. So, while I cannot rate their actual dentistry, it was literally like, "pulling teeth," trying to setup an appointment. Receptionist was nice, so that was not an issue, but the AI answering service not getting my information correct, telling me I had an appointment and then it not being anywhere in their, "system,." was extermely frustrating.

I have to say, it's been the nicest and kindest office I have been to yet. The staff are all wonderful and my experiences have been nothing but positive. From the moment I walk in, I feel comfortable. The office is bright and clean. I'm greeted at the door and I'm never left waiting too long. It feels like everyone always has smiling faces-- even when I was once pretty late and they probably should have turned me away, they didn't (not that I advocate showing up late, but that just goes to show you how kind and patient they were with me). My hygienist is Nicole, but my husband sees Kari. Neither of us have a single complaint (and my husband is the hardest patient to please! He seems to hate anything related to the medical profession). I feel like most hygienists in my experience leave you with throbbing sore gums from poking and prodding, but neither of us ever feel that way with Nicole and Kari. They give great advice and referrals (my husband had to get his wisdom teeth pulled and the office they sent him to was equally wonderful). They are so easy-going and friendly. I actually enjoy seeing my hygienist each visit, as does my husband :) I love how high-tech everything is. X-rays are digital, they use computers to schedule our next appointment right in the room and give us a print-out of the newly scheduled date. They always call to confirm appointments and if I can't make it for some reason (for example, I ended up having surgery right before my last appointment and I hadn't even thought to call them to reschedule until my appt reminder) it's never a problem to reschedule and they get me in as quick as they can. Lastly, Dr. Zitofsky is great. I always feel comfortable in his care and he even diagnosed a jaw issue that none of my previous dentists had ever mentioned before. With his suggestions I am sleeping better and feeling better during the day! And his suggestions weren't monetary ones-- a simple prescription, and easy over-the-counter solution that I use as needed. We are talking maybe $20 every few months, not thousands or even hundreds. When my insurance didn't cover something, I was only charged the insurance rate (as I've seen in every practice I've been to, and that has been quite a few as I've moved around a lot). I'm just extremely satisfied overall with this entire office. It's easily the best office I've been a patient at and I feel so fortunate that it's the one I've chosen now that I've stopped moving around. My husband and I will be here for the years to come, and when we have children, there is no place I would feel more comfortable taking them.

I can be a pain to work with on scheduling because of my job but they always get me in. Offices are really nice and are recently upgraded. They also have TV's over every chair with wireless headsets so if you are getting a cavity filled you can try to drone out the buzzing of the drill.

The first time I came here i couldn't believe it... there were TVs in every room that you could watch! My old dentist never had that. It is pretty hard to watch them though once they turn the lights on and take off your glasses. I like how they have late hours certain days of the week. I usually ask for their 6PM appointments, which are last of the day. Dr. King is nice, though I go here mostly because the dental hygienist Venera that does most of the "real work" is super friendly and thorough, and makes the experience somewhat enjoyable. Their pricing structure is somewhat strange. For one year we switched insurance plans to a terrible one (we didn't realize it) and I was quoted a price for some dental work my new insurance wouldn't cover. Dr. King negotiated with me and we did the work. I didn't know you could do that. Perhaps he was just being nice and giving me a discount? I really appreciated it. I don't live in nearby anymore but I still come here because I think that they do a good job.

Dr King understood my fears and explained the procedure his dental assistant stayed in the room the whole time and kept checking on me to ensure I was doing OK. He also recommended "gas" which I gladly accepted. Since then I have had a few dental procedures with no issues. I have my teeth cleaned regularly and I find his dental hygienist professional and courteous. The office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with the variety of dental plans that they deal with to ensure that everything is covered or if needed assist with the paperwork for financing. I have recommended Dr King to my family and friends and I highly recommend this office.

My tooth was severely broken, and couldn't be saved, so I had to have it extracted. Dr. Swalsky was very thorough and so nice.
