If there is an issue that she can't fully take care of, she'll recommend you to a specialist. She and her staff have adjusted to working with the new COVID-19 requirements and have made their office into a place that both their patients and themselves can feel safe and as protected as possible. From the nicely designed and installed plexiglass barrier at the counter, their new scrubs which feature a campaign-style button of each of them showing their smiling face (since we can't actually see their faces - nice detail), to the placards stating that spaces are sanitized, to their careful admittance procedure of temperature taking and hand sanitizing for each of us - all so well done. After spending years going to an ophthalmologist, thinking that they would be superior, I highly recommend Dr Shadid and her staff for your eye care needs.

I bought at least four or five pairs of glasses and probably an extra pair of frames. I get warranties on the items every time. So I go in there with a pair of glasses that I stepped on it's my fault. But my warranty covers a replacement frame. By the way the frames are very inexpensive frames. They're probably costing less to them than actually the warranty is costing me. I've never had to go into this place three times to get something done. I've gone in three times and I'm super frustrated. Drew, where are you? When do you work cause I'll come in then! So the first time this lovely lady fixed my glasses and assured me they would be fine. They were still completely bent not as bad as when I brought them in and she did get the lens back in. The main issue is one of the lenses keeps falling out. And I told her it will probably fall out again and she says oh no I fix them. Episode two I come back again after setting them down and having the lens fall out. And Meyn knew the frames are still bent at this point not from additional damage. But from the original repair. She get tweaks and Ben And as a new Scroo. Which keeps Luce, but she keeps tightening it. And she assures me now that these frames are still good and long as the frames are not broken they're not gonna replace them. Well, the frame well the frame is not snapped in half and the arm is still on it, but these frames are broken. They do not hold the lens. It keeps falling out and dropping onto the ground behind my bed scratching every time on something. So now I am having issues with my lenses being functional, especially the right one. Anyway, you can tell I am not very happy! It is Sunday and I'm taking an overnighter to fly across the country. And to drive back with a car. And I don't have functional glasses. I managed to squeeze in one more minute to take another visit to see if I can finally get a replacement frame. I will gladly pay for a new frame. I just want one the holds my lenses in. I don't think that's a lot to ask. It's nothing in fact. You need to give me a new freaking frame you guys. So I looked up their hours and I found out they were open today and I rushed down there and they're closed on Sunday. Maybe you should change how your hours are listed in public. For example, on yelp which I'm using right now it says you're open today and you're not. If you guys Don't want repeat customers. You're doing a great freaking job.

He's super knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about my well-being. He took the time to explain what could be causing my pain, what my options were, and what would be best for me. He showed me every exercise I needed to do at home, explained how many times a day I should do them, wrote everything down for me, and provided links to an online PT program. He always follows up, keeps track of my progress, and if the pain continues, he recommends other steps to take. Anytime I have a question, he responds in the same day with clear instructions, which I really appreciate! I can tell that he truly wants to help me feel better and live pain free. He's always on time, takes his time during our sessions, and makes sure I understand everything. Long ago I cracked the screen on my Huawei P30 Pro. It's an old phone and I regret buying it…read more However I could not afford a new phone so I decided to live with it until I got around to getting something else. Well the screen got progressively worse and worse over the course of a year and eventually my screen would go completely black from time to time and not start working again for hours. This during the holidays so I absolutely couldn't afford a new phone now. So I ordered a new screen for this unusual and older phone on Amazon and brought it to this shop. My phone turned out to be a bit special needs and took a little extra time but I was back up and running about an hour later.
