We had to reschedule due to our pack out taking longer then expected and they had no problem rescheduling to the next week. There was no response to the messages left at his business phone, nor to emails and mail to the address of record on his website and through the WA State Dept. of Revenue (neither one was accurate.) Finally, stumbling upon his work van parked at a residence in town, he was confronted with his lack of response, escorted to his bank whereupon he paid back what had been overcharged. At the end, he had to gall to ask "no hard feelings"...! We had no issues with the work done, he showed up on time. But recommend against using this business due to unethical business practices.

Caleb purchased the company shortly after and has continued to bring the highest quality of work performance. I've been a landlord for over 45 years, so I have worked with other companies over the years. I'm so confident in Caleb's high standard that I specify in my commercial and residential leases that upon moving out, the tenant must have the carpets cleaned by A Clean Carpet Company. Additionally, I utilize his services, which extends beyond cleaning carpets in my personal home, too. Caleb has responded to a few water flood emergencies. Once in my personal home, and the most recent when a pressurized fire suppressant pipe burst on the top floor of a 3-story building. I contacted him on Sunday in January that it was spewing out 30 to 100 gallons of water per minute for 30 minutes. He responded immediately and extracted hundreds of gallons of water from the building. What a blessing to help minimize the destructive power of water. His office manager, Judy, for the past 21 years, has been a great delight to work with because of her professionalism and cheerful demeanor. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would wholeheartedly do so.
