Okay so first off, the customer service was AMAZINGGG! Walking is was welcoming. Versus the mall location, I did NOT feel like a statistic. I had the pleasure of working with Ms.Shaawna! So patient, kind, caring and very knowledgeable!! She helped me pick out some charms for my grandmother, and even got them engraved. Not once did I feel rushed. (Even with a long line behind me) I think it's best for the employees to wear what they are selling. Shawna was a real life model! James Avery bracelet packed with charms! I will always come back to this location as long as she is working here! (Instantly upon leaving, I made sure to call 3 friends and told them to only work with her!!) This lady deserves a raise! Sanitation: She wore a mask, she was very clean, kept her distance.

This new location is so much better than the old, much nicer and the set up seems better. I love that James Avery always has a lot of staff on hand. This location can get very busy. The staff at this location are really nice and many of the same folks over the years which is nice and says a lot about the company. The products are excellent quality, beautiful and timeless. I do wish they'd bring back retired pieces temporarily now and then. I also wish charms could be added while you wait. Victoria helped me recently with several sizing issues and exchanges and went above and beyond! Appreciated

First off my I seen a older woman with this beautiful Mother love collection ring I have been hearing all about. I thought hmmm.... That would be perfect for my mother this Christmas. For one, she real picky when it comes to wearing jewelry. Then I seen here daughter's rings and knew I had to get one for myself. lol! Once entering the store I was in love with the style and the price. Well... its not expensive to me. Cant speak for errbody! I surely didn't know my mother size, but I was provided with plastic ring size's. Very pleasant experience, love it!!!!

Love this place! I made my own Texas charm bracelet and I can't wait to show it off!! They now have a charm bracelet that you can switch out charms! I've been waiting for that for years and now I can change charms with my mood!

I found a setting I was absolutely in love with and she helped us pick a diamond in our price range. They answered all our questions and we felt very informed during the process. They also set and resized my ring very quickly and my fiancé was able to pick it up within a couple days. My ring is absolutely gorgeous. We got engaged four months ago but I still stare at it constantly. I've gotten a ton of compliments and random strangers comment that my diamond must be very high clarity... which it is! You'll never find the jeweler to perform the "annual inspection and maintenance." Greeted(?) by the bouncer who didn't know I had an appointment, not really an issue for someone like me but I figured they would know of appointments and if the jeweler was in. Which is what the front desk asked with an inquisitive bad attitude that was clearly pointed towards the bouncer. Anyway, you'll never get the jeweler. My wife has been able to get ahold of the jeweler a total of 3 times in the eight years we've been married. She should have been able to see him at least 8 times including today, right? Believe me, she puts in the effort and I'm done hearing about it. About my wife's wedding ring bumming her out, I'm tired of hearing about it. About an agreement that was contractually made and not being fulfilled, get it? Yall aren't running the store correctly if all you have is one jewelry technician. And it does seem as though they only have one guy there, said he was off attending training... he's off Sundays and Mondays, and don't make a reservation online, it's better to call. I mean, are you running a business or doing what the jewelry tech who's in training (and according to some other reviews he's not that good) says? This location is in the middle of Baybrook Mall area, it's not a cheap area. Having the bouncer at the door and not at a clipboard with additional responsibilities might be a myopic take. Are yall going to be the first store that drags down the value of the area? You gonna tank a jewelry business you've been blessed with and the surrounding area with it? Doesn't sound like people who should be responsible trading diamonds and large quantities of revenue. Sounds like you're not appreciating the blessing you have. Why would I shop there with a bunch of people who can't see the good things they have in their face? How are they going to take care of the things they promise me if they can't handle scheduling? Oh, wait! They didn't take care of my things they said they would! Silly me, this store is already like that! How could I miss that while typing it down! Haha, lol.... It's not great, they're so ready for thieves they forgot they sell services and jewelry.

My friend and I came here to look at sparklies and they had a large selection of rings, necklaces…read moreand basically anything you wanted. I spoke with Kristy Patricia and and I needed a couple of eternity bands resized that my original jeweler said they couldn't do. Zadok's came to my rescue and they made sure that my rings were sized properly and I was so grateful they were able to make my rings fit as they were sentimental to me. Kristy was so kind and kept me updated with the progress of my rings. I am impressed at the level of service with Zadok's, and will not hesitate to call on them for my next jewelry project.

Remarkable experience start to finish…read more This was my first experience at Zadok and it will not be the last. We came in for a few reasons, quite differently. One, a simple watch battery replacement. The other, a well-deserved wedding ring upgrade. Battery replacement had a few hiccups but solved and fine. Yeah, we might have bought another Cartier the same day. Let's talk about the ring experience. Our Ambassador, Kristi Patricia, was amazing. Her knowledge and dedication to our experience was remarkable. We met for a consultation where we discussed my wife's wants, expectations and desires. It was a personal, special experience. After showing us some samples, she then went on a 2-3 week search for a stone that fit. When we returned, she nailed it. Every stone was brilliant. And my wife picked her stone. A few weeks later and we had a new stone in a new setting. Magnifique! All that matters is, my wife loves her new ring and we owe it to Kristi and the Zadok Family. Customer for life.
