Everyone is so nice and just a great place to visit in general. The one thing that have been getting here for the last 30 years (every visit, I mean every visit) had been the rice pudding. It is soo yummy. The standing joke is when I was little we lived 30min away and after lunch we would get rice pudding to go. My father would tell them NOT to give me a spoon in my Togo bag. I would have to wait 30 min to enjoy my tasty desert. It was torture! ( it would have never made it home if I had the spoon)

I don't know how many times I have eaten at restaurants that deliver lukewarm food. The purpose of eating in compared to fastfood is to get freshly cooked hot food. The burrito was large and tasted fresh. My only preference would have been to have more flavor. The salsa did not help as it tasted just like plain tomatoes from a can. I haded hot sauce and salt which did help. The home fries were perfectly cooked--tender on inside, and crisp and brown on the outside. I watched as other food items were delivered to other guests, and the fries and onion rings looked perfectly cooked, also. Can't wait to try one day. Excellent customer service by the young lady that waited on my table. The dining area was nice and clean, but was not crazy about the bathroom floor being sticky.

Ordering online was super easy. I went with the beef patty and the lunch portion of jerk chicken with rice and peas. The beef patty was huge and absolutely delicious--so much flavor and perfectly flaky dough. The jerk chicken was tender, flavorful, and came with a side of jerk sauce so you can adjust the heat to your liking. (I smothered mine and soaked up every last drop!) The rice and peas were spot on, too. When I went in to pick up my order, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only minor downside is the limited parking, which could be a little tricky during busy times. All in all, fantastic food, great service, and totally worth it. I'll definitely be back to try more from their menu!

Unfortunately, the goat, plantains and snapper were out at the time. I will say that the curry chicken was very good and well cooked. The brown stew chicken was also very good. The ox tail was yum but there was too much bone. I wanted to like the jerk chicken but the skin was too tough and blackened. The taste and spice level were good though. The beef patties were DELICIOUS and perfectly flaky. The filling was seasoned and moist. Best of all, our portions were packed to the brim with food. The owner is so warm, welcoming, generous and lovely. She gave us a free mac n cheese side dish as well! Would love to come back to try the menu items that were unavailable!

I was debating on whether to categorize it as a place to try: just me, me and someone else, or the whole family together. I'm glad I tried it by myself because I wasn't impressed at all. I happened to Door Dash Best Burger. The Door Dash experience was great and none of my comments based on the DD experience will be reflected in my comments since those are uncontrollables outside of the Best Burger experience. With that being said, I had high hopes for Best Burger from reading reviews and being recommended it over & over. I asked friends recently on social media about their favorite burger and most of them recommended Best Burger. My order was: Bacon Cheeseburger with these customization changes (no onion, add ketchup, add mayo). I also love tator tots so I ordered a side of them. The burger was the blandest burger I've ever had. I was expecting their Best Burger sauce and the charbroil flavor to swipe me off my feet. The burger Pattie's were bland and I don't recall tasting any sauces whatsoever even if they were present. The burger had no seasoning or flavor, I'm shocked. The tator tots tasted like your ordinary Tator tots from another basic place even like Sonic. No seasoning!!! I'm sooo glad I didn't order for the whole family or take them because it was a big disappointment. Before tip, the order being Door Dashed was $21. Save your money!
