This isn't my go-to for healthy smoothies, but they have a few items that cater to my food allergies. A lot of their smoothies have a yogurt base, so if you're like me and need something plant based, look under their plant based menu. It's also hard for me to pick a smoothie that doesn't have peaches, kiwi, and blueberries. There are a few drinks that I can have. I ordered some snacks and drinks for me and my family. The Gotcha Matcha sounded deliciously sweet with the cloud cream layer on top. But, with their new packaging, it is incredibly bitter if you sip with a straw from their paper cups. You have to remove the lid to enjoy the top layer of cream to cut through the bitterness. They were heavy on the ice this time too. I enjoyed the Protein Berry Workout Soy. Soy milk, soy protein, bananas, and strawberries. This is smooth and delicious. It's perfect for me during this tough first trimester of pregnancy. My 5 yr old had the Apples n Greens. She loves it and it's one of her favorites. We also ordered a cheddar tomato twist, which is great when warmed up, and the savory pretzel. Jamba Juice switches to paper cups but kept plastic lids and straws. Overall, I'm happy with my order but they can improve with the matcha drink and switch to a different cup to provide a better experience. read more

The smoothies are good, but the service is abysmal. I keep coming back, hoping it will get better, but it just doesn't. I always order a small smoothie with double whey- which bulks up my smoothie. I also add kale... So my small smoothie becomes a large smoothie. This is the only location that I have to ask for it in a large cup, or they'll put it in a small cup and dump out the rest. My problem is that I'm trying to track my macros... So I need the entire smoothie in order to track accurately (Not to mention it's what I paid for.). ...Add to all of that; the workers seem miserable. They aren't friendly, and provide the customer service of a robot. It's just a bad experience all around and not what I expect from Jamba. read more

Sometimes you just need a little boost (immunity, energy). After an over indulgent night out or preparing for an epic evening to come, this is a good stop to replenish and refresh. If I'm feeling traditional, I'll get the Strawberries Wild or Strawberry Surf Rider, but lately the Acai Super-Antioxident blend has been calling my name. They had the stools stacked on tables, blenders cleaned, mop bucket out, and open sign off. Had no idea their shift ended at 9 and it says store closing at 9. Yikes. Rude environment. Walked in there Saturday afternoon and this young girl behind the counter immediately yelled at me "you can't have a dog in here". I replied that he is my service dog and then she asked to see my papers! She then left to the back with another girl following in tow. Leaving one bewildered girl at the counter. I order my drink and then the girls come back with a woman that asks if I can wait outside for my drink. I said no, that I have paid for a service and will be treated with the same dignity and respect as any other customer. Where I go, my service dog is always with me. The mean girl that originally started whines that she is not allowed to bring her service dog to work. I replied that is not of my concern but clearly this corporation has issues with training their employees in ADA requirements for customers and potentially even problems with providing a healthy workplace for their employees. The wilsonville site has the best staff around. Warm, inviting, and informative about their products. And, it's delicious, which is saying a lot because I generally hate fruit. Dear Jamba, Thanks for being delicious no matter what state I'm in. I especially liked the Willsonville location. I loved how when I walked in the temperature was a little warmer than other stores in the shopping mall. The smoothie girls were really nice. It made me feel all taken care of and solidified my whim of getting a smoothie. Thanks also for keeping the old smoothie blends in the system. I appreciate it. I must confess, I did get a little nervous when you took my Caribbean Passion off the menu. I now know I had nothing to fear. The employees are doing a fantastic job following Covid guidelines...but I have popped in there 4 times in the last 2 weeks and have waited outside for people to leave who are not wearing masks. It's not up to these young employees to see to it that customers and the business is following the mask order. I'll go back to this store again when I know that more is being done by the management and owners to ensure masks are being worn. read more

I ordered a basic "small Caribbean passion" I know that it costs $4.65. The lady doesn't tell me how much I owe, takes the money out of my hand and doesn't give me change. She started making my drink and I asked "could I get my change?" She turned to the other worker and said "she wants her change(snobby voice while smiling)" th other worker says "ohhhhhh( same expression)" and went in the back. So the worker that took my money gave me my drink and took a penny out of the tip jar and handed it to me. As I was walking out, she said "b****" under her breath. I will probably not be coming back to this location. I didn't see the workers name, but her hair was up, she had a visor on and the back/bottom of her hair was shaved. I've been here twice and they were out of what I wanted to order. That was a bummer but that wasn't really the problem. All I wanted was a Jamba Juice and all I really got was attitude from the cashier. They really don't have any customer service skills. They ask you things like "what flavor do you want?" Instead of "what flavors would you like?". Instead of saying "sorry, we are out of that item today" they say "we're out of that." What ever jamba I want is always good. I am a former general manager for this location. This place was run horribly, the sanitation was never done right, the dishes where always dirty, I tried my hardest to turn this store around and it didn't work. When I asked for a raise, these guys gave me 30$ on my next check. I was young and didn't understand how much I was being messed over by these people, but the way the owner and regional manager makes money is basically the hard labor of young cute kids that don't know any better, with scare tactics. I would NEVER recommend this position. I have now many years of experience under my belt, and look back at the experience I had here, they are the most unprofessional people I have ever worked for, AND I have done cold calling for years!! jamba corporation may be good, but this franchise run by Cindy and Ron is NOT good, they are mean people, and do not live up to corporate standards, they expect the shift leaders and mangers to take on full responsibility. I have seen old food given out, blenders used 3 times over, TONS of fruit dropped on the floor and re-used. I hope these people have changed over the years! read more

I feel bad for the girls that have to work here alone for hours at night. Not only is it tough for them when it gets busy but it seems like a major safety concern. Love having this healthy option nearby. The staff is always very helpful. It is generally a quick turn around to get a smoothie here. They also have great breakfast wraps that are on the healthier side too. Fresh squeezed orange juice is my favorite to order during the cold and flu season! As a former Jamba Juice employee who greatly enjoyed the job, this location is nothing short of a let down. The staff is extremely rude, distracted by their own conversations and make me feel like an inconvenience. I stood at the register for 2 minutes today before someone greeted me, simply because they were all laughing and gossiping by the Dish Pit. I have a lot of understanding for people in the service industry because I've been there. However, I know Jamba's core values include putting the guest first and this location doesn't do that. Some examples of things I've seen when I've gone in: -texting while at the register - no greeting when someone comes through door - disregarding recipes and measurements - messing up orders constantly - cleaning up and shutting down well before closing - looking like they'd rather be anywhere else -rolling eyes when a drink is made wrong and needs to be remade I will be taking my business to the Tualatin location because I love the product, but hate the service. I will also be sure to get this complaint to the corporate Cinnamon Bums. read more

Our dentist is nearby this location and every six weeks my daughter gets her braces tightened and we stop by Jamba Juice afterwards. I used to work for this location as a shift lead a few years back, and generally I avoid returning simply because nobody seems to be able to make my very complex orders exactly how I like them, which I don't blame them for since I'm very picky. However, today I got an extra thick Pacific Passion off the secret menu with fruit substitutions and lots of boosts, and your team member Audrey really impressed me! It came out perfectly smooth and blended despite all my changes to the already weird recipe, and I couldn't have made it better myself. Plus she was super friendly and quick despite my pickiness.
