Ok. Review update. This is the second time the girls inside been rude to me. So I ordered mobile and apparently ordered something discontinued. Is that my fault? No. But apparently to them, it is. So I ask for a refund because I can, but apparently it's difficult to refund a mobile order. I really don't drink smoothies so I am forced to try to order something I don't like because they can't refund my mobile order. So again, I'm like can you just refund me somehow? Gift card? Store credit? Nope. So the girl is calling her boss and I don't know that cuz she's wearing her airpods. I go to ask her again and she basically yells at me "I'm on the phone with my manager!" Yo. I try not to review chain places, but just had to give a heads-up to fellow yelpers -- these guys are an odd bunch. Anytime I get an email about a special I go in and am on cue questioned by someone about it, or they go to a manager to ask if they should use the coupon. I showed them my downloaded coupon, but they wanted a print out. Then the next time I brought the coupon and they said they wouldn't honor it because it's expired even though the coupon said it wasn't. This place is so bad. Idk if it was just busy today but we ordered a large mango, medium mango go go and a large strawberry wild. The large mango go go was only partially fill to the top and had a gap on the side. The medium mango go go didn't even look like it. The color was peach and had big mango chunks. My review is based on my experience on 7/20/16 (AM). For the past couple of months, I have been a regular and their smoothies are usually okay (at times not blended correctly). Being new to their points reward system I was given a $3.00 print (a day prior) out because the cashier processed my card payment without applying the discount. I was given a receipt and instructed that I could just bring it in next time and apply it to my purchase. Well, that was exactly what I tried doing on 7/20 and was told by the cashier (girl with the red hair) that I couldn't use it. What really sparked my nerve was her rudeness and went on to tell me... "Next time, tell them to re-ring it up and apply it"... sorry I'm not an employee there and don't know your process since previously I was told to bring it in . She then told me to give her the receipt so that she can throw it away. I would have preferred her to say... "Sorry for the miscommunication, but for future reference we usually apply this coupon at the time of purchase. I'll honor this coupon you were given this time and speak to my staff about this process so this doesn't happen again." This is probably my favorite Jamba Juice in the South Bay. As we all understand, Jamba Juices are all pretty much the same. They have the same drinks and the staff comes and goes -- some staff members are good and some aren't. The thing that sets the various Jamba Juices apart is their location and their seating. Most Jamba Juices do not have very good seating -- particularly in terms of outdoor seating. This is one of their big faults. Just like people like to sit back and drink their lattes at Starbucks, people also like to sit back and enjoy their juice based drinks. Most Jamba Juices are not really designed for that, however. This one is. It has nice outdoor seating, making it a nice place to sit back and enjoy your drink. read more

So I just ordered a smoothie and a cheddar twist from this location and wow, rude! I walked in and the two people working there were chatting with their friends but the friends left as I arrived. No greeting whatsoever. The two people working there start chatting and as I'm standing directly in front of them obviously trying to order they don't even stop to help me. I'm the ONLY person in the store. Finally, I say "um....Alright!" and they decide that since I called them out they would actually do their jobs. Ridiculous. Fantastic staff! it's by my job. I usually get one of the specialty smoothies with boosts they always have great suggestions.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service practiced by this location's very young employees. It would behoove Jamba Juice to invest in emphasizing the importance of professionalism and common courtesy when directly in contact with the public. Additionally, this location does not support the youth of the local community by their refusal to accept their sports fundraiser discount cards. I'd be more inclined to support a community business if the business were supportive of their community. ...but yes - we love Jamba Juice - but will now patronize other locations. read more

I wasn't sure what to order since it was my first time ordering Jamba Juice and Europa recommended different drinks. She suggested the most known drink which was the mango a go go. My preferred place to go when I have a smoothie craving whilst running errands. Mostly because it's located in a relatively large shopping center so I can hit up all the places I need to go to and pick up a refreshment on the way home. I usually order their Banana Berry but this time ordered the White Gummi and it really does taste like a white/clear Gummi bear. Gotta love those secret menus, eh? The last few times I have been to this place, it's been a bad experience. Recently I was going to go to my favorite coffee shop but I really wanted something refreshing, so I popped into Jamba Juice instead. Bad call! They were training new staff and it was a disaster. I totally get that staff need to be trained BUT I think it's the managers responsibility to make sure enough experienced staff are still working to keep the business running slowly. This was a joke. I came in on 11/26/19 around noon. The place was spotless. Staff was nice and quickly prepared my order. I had a Vanilla Blue Sky bowl, which was very tasty, light, and refreshing. Well, we pay 4-5 bucks for our cafe, so why not pay the same for a juice drink right?!? They have a great selection of concoctions - all mighty good - But, I try to stick to the ones that are lighter on calories - and they are not light on taste either. One down fall - the wait - usually 5 or more minutes. But, they make a good blended beverage. And, you can get boosts - vitamins, energy, protein... not bad. We had the worst made smoothies ever created! I ordered the acai and it came out pink and super watery! I always order acai from jamba juice and even their picture is purple. I know i know I'm complaining about color. But at the same time it tasted nothing like it's patented acai flavor. It tasted life nothing They remade ul the acai and it tasted even worse. My wife ordersed the most watery orange dream machine. It tasted like orange juice and soy protein. I think they were in a hurry or didnt care. They did a horrible job today. Currently at 3 Stars....to be honest I'm not surprised. I have been coming to this location for probably as long as it's been open. I came in to get a fresh-squeezed juice for my family. The lady who greeted me was very friendly she took my order for the When she was making the juice I was watching her so I realized she had forgotten the Chia seed she also forgot the other ingredients which was a banana. I told her she had forgotten these ingredients as she went back apologized and said oh yes I must have forgotten, but then later she came back started cutting what looked like a banana that had been left in a trash bin for a week.
