Good-ole Jumba Juice... Been here lots of times always a good refreshing drink on hot days, and some cold days. Usually come for the mango, passionfruit and/or the strawberry-something. Ordering is usually always quick, even when there's a lot of people. Most of the times when I get my smoothie, its always filled to the top! That's always great, coz I always want more. There's some off days when its not quite as full as I like it to be, but guess it's close enough. Can't always get full cup smoothies. The smoothies are good here, so I come here a lot. There's also plenty of parking space, so there's never a need to drive around looking for a spot. read more

Horrible place I can't believe it took about 20-25 mins to make a carrot juice, while everyone else walks in and out 10 mins. And not just that the juice didn't even taste like carrot it was water and maybe 3 carrots never again. Jamba Juice needs to train there staff more in being friendly, and to make sure they have enough help in rush hour time between 12-3pm Not enough help or either staff is playing around in the back room, because to much laughing and playing around while we wait for 1 person doing 4-5 juices, smoothies at a time.. This place used to have the menu and nutritional information in a book on the side of the store before. Along with to go menus, just so you can look closer instead of looking up and straining your eyes. But now there is none, along with the merch shelf. Invest in a hand menu guys. Been going to this location since like 2012 but lately it has been the worst customer service and smoothies I have ever experienced. The last couple of times that I have gone in, two girls are there saying that the don't have the ingredients to make it but when they aren't there, they have everything needed to make every smoothie. At this point, these two girls seem like they just don't want to do their jobs. For example, my brother and I went in today after ordering online he ordered strawberry surfrider and I ordered an apples n' greens. They said they didn't have lemonade so they were just going to take our money and not refund it. We asked for a different smoothie, strawberries wild, and now they didn't have bananas. A huge issue is that the apples n' greens smoothie, which they made for me, had bananas in the recipe. So why was I able to get mine but he could not get his strawberries wild?To add on to this, our drinks were very watery and icy. I think my family will be driving past this location despite its convenience, to go to a better location. read more

Juice up with their new natural juices. We had a beets, apple,carrots, pineapple small size for about $4 and a peach, mango and orange small for $4. The juices where tasty and serve within 5-6min. The staff are nice and welcoming. The shopping center offers plenty of parking. My only complain is the cleanness of the place even if A is what you have keep it spotless at all time! read more

It should not take twenty minutes to make a smoothie with four employees working behind the counter. It wasn't even that busy. My smoothie was subpar, and when I asked for extra ice in a large separate cup, the employee filled it less than a quarter of the way. Come on dude, can't you go at least halfway on the ice? I would highly recommend to avoid coming to this location. The service is extremely slow, even if there aren't any other customers. I've been here about three times and it's always the same. Today I literally stood in line for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Adrenalyn was working the cashier in 6/10/18 and she was very unfriendly. There was a customer at the register and she just keep cleaning the blender containers. Then she barked an order for a worker to tag the containers but she walked to the register. Adrenalyn then said "I said tags, not cash." Very disrespectful to other team members. She then said something "make sure you guys..." I didn't hear the full sentence, but again it was rude. I feel bad for the workers. This girl has no people skills. read more

So I've come to realize this location does not stand for the name brand Jamba Juice is suppose to be. I've become disappointed in how low customer service is. They've hired only kids to work here I ordered a Large Mango a go go and my smoothie had a different flavor to it I don't think they added the pineapple sherbert but I asked them to remake it again because the flavor was off and it was too watery the tm gave me attitude I don't understand why it would bother them to remake it's my right I paid full price for it and to keep a customer happy I should've been treated fair, it a little longer for I waited for at least more than 8min I seen tm on their phones while on reg and others just standing around. Amazing!!! Every other Jamba Juice needs to be like this one!! Kylie and Luis were so incredibly nice and super fast with my order! They were so friendly and made sure to get my order right so I wasn't waiting for so long. It was so dead in the store but they were still filled with life and didn't seem phased by the boredom at all! They were super hyped and just great! They totally deserve a raise or at least a bonus! Conveniently located down the street from the 24 hour fitness. Quick little spot I can go after I'm done with my workout so big plus. Like most places they can get real busy, so I try and time my workout before they open so I can get in early. The employees in the morning aren't too bad and pretty cordial. I opt for the protein berry workout and add whey to get that replacement in. Most of the drinks are a little high in the calories so I use the drink as a meal in between but to each their own. Love coming in and you can find most in a convenient location. This one in particular is on a plaza next to some great stores and restaurants. This is one of the slower locations. The workers are the most friendly. Today we parked and richie was outside washing windows. He came in while a girl in front if is was being served.by another worker. He unsmiling as though we were bothering him.took our order then went back outside but then came directly back in And started preparing drinks. I asked my husband did he see him wash his hands. I was told no. He didn't prepare our order thank God. Also inside there was a bar stool that was wet with dirty tennis shoe prints on the seat as though it was used to stand on. read more

The staff here is pretty nice, they always greet you upon entering. My smoothies always come out good, my only complaint is whenever I purchase an apple cinnamon pretzel its never warmed up all the way, 70% of the time there is always some cold spots. Most of the time Jambas, are Ridiculously slow, no matter how packed it is, but this one is actually pretty quick. The customer service is pretty good, they are very nice, and the drinks/meals are great. I love getting the Chunky Strawberry Topper, as well as the Protein Berry Workout Smoothie (add Peanut Butter and 3g Charger boost). They are much better priced than other smoothie places as well. I come to this location fairly frequently, as a client I visit for work is just down the road from here. I hear what other reviewers have to say about the wait time, and in my opinion it just all depends on who's working on any given day. I've always had good customer service; everyone has been nice and polite. But some days, they're just really slow, and other days, like today, they're really fast. 2 days ago I visited, & I easily waited 15 minutes with just one person in front of me. Today, there were three of us all together waiting at the same time, & I waited four minutes. So, I guess I would just recommend to you that if you're in a hurry, give yourself a little bit of extra time if you stop at this location. You won't be sorry about the quality of your smoothie, or the friendliness of the staff. read more

I used to really like Jamba Juice until this location ruined it completely for me. Waited 15 mins just to order my açaí bowl while the two young guys took their their time behind the counter, then waited another 20 mins... they managed to scoop the pre-made açaí mixture into a bowl but left it sitting on the counter, melting. They clearly saw me standing there for 20 mins, and when I finally asked them about it, their careless attitude turned me off completely, and I decided it wasn't worth getting a melted bowl of açaí mix. After 35 mins of wasting my time, I left empty-handed. Contacted customer service, but haven't heard back. Save yourself the frustration and time and don't go here! read more

I've been coming here since 1996 when I was in 3rd grade and since it was Juice Club and I always have a great experience here. Super nice staff ever since then.
