The staff is nice and welcoming. They are always willing to give suggestions and make changes. The place has ample parking and is easy to get to. Great smoothies - highly recommend. read more

Walked in no line, just people waiting for their order. Was not acknowledged. I'm assuming because they have an order kiosk to order from, there is no longer a reason for them to acknowledge you or take your order. Customer service at this location is a hit or miss. read more

This review is only based on the customer service as others have noted the juice is good and fairly consistent across locations. We came in on a Friday evening. The store was clean and it didn't take long to receive our drinks. Jace helped us and was very friendly and patient while my kid reviewed the menu. He answered my questions and was very kind. read more

The drinks are really good! But I went in today and ordered a large drink and the person in front of me did as well. The only worker in the building who was a guy offered a lady her "extras" and poured her a kids cup (as in the leftovers in the blender) and did not offer it to me (we had the same amount left over, I peeked). I'm not saying he had to give me my extras, just treat your customers equally! Absolutely disheartening and reflective of our society in this day and age. read more

This review is solely on the customer service here because the drinks here are always so good. I've been here a couple times where the staff are just not personable or friendly and barely speak to you. Today I came in and I was the only one. A young lady came from the back and didn't say hello or even speak a word to me, just walked up to cash register and stared at me, so I stared back for a sec waiting to see if she would speak, and nope she didn't. So I placed my order and she asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes. She then walked away to start making my drinks and turned her head and said "you can get the receipt" meaning I can get it myself. She asked if I wanted a cup holder and I said no. She finished making my drinks and just put them on the counter and walked away, still no words. The name on my receipt said Mia but not entirely sure that's her as I didn't catch her name or if she had a name tag. Not sure why is it so hard to be the slightest bit personable in a customer facing job? read more

Walked in at 7:00 pm and they said they were closed. Which I get but it was only 30 seconds ago you were still open. They were still making drinks for the last people who walked in before me at 6:58. There were no other people around so it wouldn't have been like they would be trapped serving a a bunch more walk-ins. Would have just made a longtime customer happy. Instead I'd rather just go to a different store. ¯\(ツ)/¯ read more

Ordered on the app the previous day and my order was ready upon arrival- no waiting. I ordered the Acai Bowl to go and thoroughly enjoyed it. Like most places you can custom order what ingredients you want, so that helps. Nothing over the top about this experience, but I got what I wanted without issue, so it was an expected journey. read more

Such a funny and amazing staff! Drinks always come out tasting great and I LOVE their new mozzarella bites!! Yum!

I purchased the Vanilla Blue Sky smoothie today. I went next door waiting for my husband drinking my drink and noticed some sort of string like plastic pieces in my drink. I set them aside and then walked back and showed the girl who helped me. She said the plastic may have come from the new set of lids... didn't make too much sense to me since it was all in my drink. The girl made me a new drink and we left this time driving off to the next task today. I noticed my first sip more strings of plastic... I went to my friends house and strained the foreign objects out of the entire drink and it was filled with these pieces. The pieces were not of an organic substance and was hard to cut with a knife. They need to stop right away and figure out the issue before serving more drinks. I called the business and the girl who answered said she would let her manager know.... Sounds like a bigger issue. I just ingested a bunch of most likely plastic pieces and hope I will be ok. read more

Jamba Juice is located in Torrance Cross Roads across from Vons and near the ayce sushi place. Your typical Jamba juice location with all your favorite drinks and food. They accept digital credit cards like apple pay which is convenient. The only real downside during my visit was that the glass windows and door was like smudgy. Staffs are friendly and can't go wrong with getting smoothie from here. read more

Last 4 times I have been here there have been major supply chain issues. No milks, no orange sherbet, no peanut butter, no mixes, and no transparency. I would understand if the menu or a sign reflected what ingredients were missing, but it is irritating and frustrating to list 5 different menu items and be told a singular ingredient isn't available and the drink cannot be made. Only reason this isn't an one star review is because the young woman at the register was gracious and polite. It is unreasonable to put her in a situation where every interaction is a potentially disgruntled customer due to circumstances outside of her control. read more

This store has come a long way from a year ago. Friendly staff, cleanliness and great smoothies.

Before living in Southern California, I loved visiting Jamba when on vacation to get a smoothie! Once my sister came into town, Jamba was one of her must visit places. We stopped by before going to the beach to grab a quick drink with breakfast. This location had barriers, stickers on the floor to indicate 6ft, and a maximum occupancy of 6 people. I was so impressed with the number of non-dairy options they had! I got the peach paradise, and it was soooo good! Until next time, Jamba read more

I love Jamba Juice ! But this will be the last time I will be going to this location ! Brianna is the most rudest person I have ever met ! Honestly she does not need to be taking peoples orders! she needs to be taking out the trash or sweeping the floors or something ! Very disappointed in jumbo juice for picking a person like this at this location ! Thank you Jamba Juice for the disappointing experience that I had here, I will not be coming back to this location ! read more

My go to Jamba Juice since it's by my work. I usually get one of the specialty smoothies with boosts and have been taking advantage of that buy a $25 card get a $5 card deal lol. Went on a Thursday evening, a little past 8pm. They close at 9pm. Only 2 people ahead of me waiting for drinks. Service was very slow, had one cashier and one drink preparer. Ordered a medium Caribbean Passion Classic smoothie - it cost $5.69 before tax. When did Jamba Juice become so expensive?? Finally got my drink, it was underwhelming and not blended well. Still had a lot of fruit chunks on the bottom. Wish I had gone somewhere else and purchased a real meal of salad (or Hawaiian Bbq chicken katsu next door haha) for around the same price. read more

My fiancé and I ordered through the mobile app to save us some time. When my fiancé walked in, there was nobody in the front of the store. He stood there for about 5 minutes until two girls came the back. He said he placed a mobile order. One girl ran to the register and pulled out our ticket. They haven't even started it! (I'd understand if they were busy but it was completely dead.) The drinks tasted okay but there were hard black pieces in it. I got carribean passion and my fiancé got strawberry surf rider so we don't know what these are. read more

Jamba - The hard black thing. (Way bigger than a seed. We checked lol) - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Torrance, California

Most Jambas are pretty consistent, as far as I've experienced. This is the one I am most experienced with because it's the closest to my home. It always seems clean during my morning visits. The employees are pretty good at greeting at this location. I appreciate the fact that the juice-tenders here still fill my cup to the top with wholesome goodness even though I ask for no ice. Other locations don't add more goodies to the drink to take the place that the ice does, and I've ended up with a little more than half of a filled cup. No me gusta. This store is located in a plaza (Torrance Crossroads) with numerous other businesses (a bank, a yoga studio, a Subway®, a vitamin store, Office Depot®, Vons®, and more) so parking can be very limited, especially during weekday lunch hours and weekends. I normally visit early in the morning when the majority of these other vendors are closed and parking is hardly a concern. This is a solid location to visit if you are in the area. 2018 Challenge - 25 of 100 read more

Let's just say I will never come back to this location again! The customer service here is TERRIBLE!!! Especially their one employee I believe her name was Jada! She was just so nasty and so rude! I mean I get not wanting to be at work but that doesn't mean you put your attitude on to the next person who just wanted to get a smoothie. I find it unfortunate that this Jamba Juice is at a convenient location near where I live because it's definitely the worse one I've been to. I've encountered three major issues when coming here. The first is that I wanted to use my gift card but then they told me that their register is malfunctioned and won't accept it. This means they either didn't bother turning on their second register or bother looking for another one in the storeroom and apparently none of the employees are trained on how to troubleshoot one (you'd think the manager would at least know how). That completely wasted my time and gas. The second issue was that I ordered a drink and there was a straw wrapper that got blended in my drink. Gross. The third issue was that I drove all the way over here cuz I was craving a specific item only for them to tell me that they're all out of ingredients to make it. WTH. Perhaps the only thing really good about this location is that the employees are generally friendly, but friendliness doesn't always beat out straight up incompetence. read more

Jamba - Worst Jamba ever! Doesn't this mean, free smoothie? - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Torrance, California

Haven't been here in a while because of the poor service. The only reason I came back today is because I had no choice. My son wanted a White Gummy before his basketball game. This is the closest Jamba to his school. Wish I'd gone to the one in Redondo Beach! This place has the worst customer service and they DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Walked in and one other lady was waiting. There was a girl making the drinks and a boy mopping the floor behind the counter. Had to wait 2-3 minutes until the girl finished making the drink for the lady waiting. The girl took my order and made my drink. The boy was mopping and washing like 10 blender containers. My son ALWAYS orders a Medium White Gummy with Whey Protein. Every other Jamba knows when you order a drink with Whey Protein the order is supposed to be in a larger cup (The Next Size Cup) as the Whey causes the order to expand. This means that my order should have been given to me in a large cup. Nope! Not at this Jamba! I got it in a Medium Cup! Before I could get to the counter. The girl had given the container to the boy. It still had enough smoothie in it to make a kids size smoothie. She was supposed to give that to me in a large cup. Don't know maybe she can't read. My friend's daughter used to work at Jamba and she told me that it's says on the order receipt to put it in a larger cup when you add Whey to a smoothie. I've also even seen it on a receipt stating to put it in a larger cup. Again this place is ran by teenagers with NO ADULT SUPERVISION. They have no clue of what to do. There is always limited staffing and the drink orders are always messed up. Don't COME HERE! Go to Jamba on Hawthorne Blvd, in Redondo Beach, next to Panera Bread! Owner of this franchise PLEASE, PLEASE, TRAIN your staff! Also have ADULT Supervision on hand! They (you staff of teenagers) have NO CLUE of what to do. I won't be coming back. read more

Customer Service is the problem here. Also menu too far away point of sale. I have to squint. The basic "Hello, hi how can we help you?" is missing. I came here on 9/7/2022. The staff was so lazy, no greeting, she was sitting down the whole time. Asked if I wanted my receipt and told me to get it myself. Why are you working? You clearly don't want to be there. Management should go over with staff what customer service is. I have worked in hospitality before and I would have gotten fired if I gave that kind of service.
