I visited Jamba Juice at Hillsdale Mall on Saturday, June 13, and ordered a Small Strawberry Wild smoothie. My order number was #71. I received my order at approximately 2:47 PM. While the smoothie itself was fine, I was disappointed with the customer service. The employee who handed me my drink was not friendly and appeared uninterested in interacting with customers. She only called my name and the name of the smoothie before handing it to me, without a greeting, smile, or any other friendly interaction. I've visited several other Jamba Juice locations, and the staff are usually welcoming, polite, and make customers feel appreciated. read more

I'm not sure if it's this location or all of them these days. But I'm certainly fed up with being scammed from this place. I PAID FOR A BOWL, and yet they don't even fill it up halfway most of the time. I have to ASK them to put the rest of the smoothie that they are for some reason SAVING AFTER I PAID FOR IT. Their excuse was that they are using the left over product that I PAID FOR TO MAKE another product. I'm tired of being scammed. I will NEVER, EVER be back here again. I've been to this location three or four times? It's located in the new outdoor section of the mall. Each time I've gone here, there is someone new working the register. Meaning I get a different experience each time. Usually they've gotten better over time. My first experience was negative because a lady cashier denied me the usage of a personal cup. Which was confusing for me, because the Belmont location has been supportive of the environment. Next time I went, there was someone else working, so I asked if I can use a personal cup and he said yes! Since then I've been allowed to do it. Yay!!!!! This is a small shop. You order, pick up your drink and leave. If you need to use a bathroom to wash your hands or other stuff, hit up Shake Shack around the corner. The drinks are always flavorful. Husband told me about his experience today. Going in on his lunch around 5:40pm to try to get an açaí bowl, only to come in to an empty store. About a minute of waiting, a woman's voice from the back shouts "sorry we're closed, can you come back in 10 minutes?" He's super confused, especially because the door is unlocked. And he lets her know that it's opened. She says again, come back in 10 minutes. Still not showing her face or anything. So he comes back 10 minutes later and then a male employee is there now. To my husband's disappointment he is told that they stop making the bowls at 5:30. That would have been nice to know the first time he was there. He wasted half his lunch waiting for service. Conveniently located in the new North Block side of Hillsdale Mall, Jamba is a great little place to satisfy your juice smoothie cravings. The staff is extremely friendly, nice and prompt. We ordered the Orange Dream Machine and Apples 'N Greens on this hot day to quench our thirst. The Orange Dream Machine was great and brought back memories of Orange Julius that I loved so much as a kid. If you've never had either, imagine what an orange creamsicle push pop tastes like, but as a smoothie. For the Apples 'N Green drink we requested no bananas, which they said wouldn't be a problem, but our drink still tasted like bananas. The staff offered to remake it without a question and assured us that there's no bananas being added, however even after the remake it still tasted like there was bananas in it. Perhaps it's part of the base mix of the drink and there's no way eliminate it completely? I've been to this location five to six times this week alone asking for a waffle or açaí bowl and they always say they are 'out' of the ingredients. It's available to order on the app though. The workers are always super nice and apologetic and I know it isn't their fault but management should figure something out or get their ingredient ordering together - why bother advertising it outside on the door if they never can make it? It's been two months i've been trying to get this dang bowl but i just end up short. i have another friend who works in the area who has shared the same issue with me as well. love the service people i've encountered but hate that i can't ever seem to order anything i could actually want to eat. would love if they could serve the bowls again ! read more

There're lots of healthy drinks and snacks for me to replace ------ milk tea or boba teas, which have saturated sugar. Blue Sky Bowl seems to have lower calories (350 cal) I also like to go with Super Green Juice (a few options with green apple and kale) Once or twice a week, you can add Turmeric Juice or grass-weed that can boost your immune system. read more

I asked for a replacement- they were out of any squeezed juices. I asked for a refund - the employee told me to go through corporate. Drive the few miles to West Hillsdale. Did a mobile order, and when I got there... 2 kids working, totally clueless, neither knew what any of the drinks were. When they called my name, one of them said..."I accidentally put strawberries in your Mango-ago-go, is that ok?" They were nice workers but they were quite young. Along with in person drinks there were also mobile orders. My cousin got a large drink because of the lack of small cups despite them bringing out small cups. They had multiple extra drinks because no one came to claim them. Both my cousin and I was in the area on Saturday, so we decided to get some jamba juice. We went inside and waited a few minutes to order, which was no problem since we weren't in any rush. After we ordered, we stand to the side by the pick up area and waited. After 10 minutes, other people who ordered before us got their drinks and we only ordered two drinks. They started making the smoothie, then suddenly they "found" all the ingredients for the Pitaya. Hm... Kinda frustrating. Went into get a mango Gogo and white gummi however ended up waiting for 20 mins for the drink while the employee was just being lazy and dirty. Rae was doing everything she could to help the others in line and make the drinks however the other workers were so bad and need to find a job somewhere else. Had a bad experience on Thursday 9/8/2022. We accidentally went in at 7:55am and the person working there rudely told us that they open in an hour; when they actually open at 8am on Thursdays. We went back at 8am to ask and he rolled his eyes and admitted that they were open.
