I forgot how good jamba juice is I got the watermelon strawberry with the coconut whip and blue spirulina is good. My wife loves her strawberry Surfrider. I ordered online two lights away from the location and when I pulled up it was ready. The store wasn't that busy but it was very clean, I like the old plastic cups where I can see the vibrance of my smoothie but that's just me. read more

Ambiance: Dog friendly, fast service and friendly staff! My favorite location in SD Place is always so clean and welcoming. My go to is always a White Gummi. The servers here are sooo nice and they are always so kind to my dogs- I have even tried their organic peanut butter that they let me share with my dogs. I don't feel compelled to leave review for corporations as big as Jamba, but I do love this specific Hillcrest location and I keep coming back bc they allow my dogs to come order inside with me and they always serve my drink fast and with great service. read more

I have been craving a Jamba smoothie for awhile now and I finally decided to fulfill that sweet craving and walk over and grab a sweet treat. I haven't been to a Jamba in a long time so I went with what I use to order and added the 3G energy boost because I was definitely hitting a tired point in my day, I don't know if it really helped but worth a shot. The guy who took my order didn't seem super familiar with how to make any changes to the order so it took awhile to actually get the order in. Overall the smoothie was what I expected it to be, a little sweeter than I remembered but it was still good. read more

I don't write reviews much but I had to! I went into Jamba the other day and let me tell you I had the best experience I was warmly greeted when I first entered the store and was helped by. I believe somebody named Javier. He got my order just right exactly how I wanted it and he was so kind and respectful. I really do appreciate everything he helped me with. I just left 20 mins ago and I don't appreciate the customer service from the blonde girl. When I walked in , there was no one at register to greet us and we waited awhile to be attended just to find out the worker was sitting down petting a dog. Why is she petting a dog and ignoring us while on the clock I assume? When she came to take our order she didn't even talk, she just looked at me and waited until I said my order. The worst part of it all is when she started making our drinks , she didn't even wash her hands after just petting the dog. read more

Sorry but you need to play more neutral music. The choice of music doesn't appeal to everyone who enters your establishment. Bot everyone is into that type of music. Management needs to have guidelines as to what is played. I waited outside for my order because I couldn't with the music choice. I mean unless the music is for the employee's benefit. read more

I came in to get a few pick-me-ups since I'm feeling a little under the weather. Since it's been a while since I've been at a Jamba Juice I wasn't sure what to get when Guy and Jay completely knocked it out of the park. They helped me find the perfect drinks to boost my immunity and were so sweet and welcoming. They helped me make the perfect juice with oranges, ginger, and wheatgrass. I really Appreciated the young lady who has long, pigtail braids. She provided Exceptional Customer Service. She was Mindful + Caring. I Love the Hillcrest area as I used to work around the Area. ....It Holds a Special place in my Heart. My Açaí bowl had watery consistency. But, it could be because I didn't consume Right Away...as I Left it out for a while and ate it the Next day. The Fruit in my Açaí bowl didn't Look or feel as Fresh + Crisp. I have to Take 2 stars out for that. My Peanut Butter mood was Good. But, it gave me a Stomach ache and I had to Hurry to drive Home to Use El Bano. Tmi. But, I Thank you so much for your Customer Service. :) The guy who answered the phone was Chill, as well. And, they did make my order Fast. Just now.....we walked right out of this place, because Hipster beanie guy was so not wanting to interact with us, was so rude, was so incompetent, we had to leave! My dude, I get it, it's the end of the night, you don't want to be here, you think you're too good for this kind of work and if I'm incorrect in my analysis, well, that's how you came off. You didn't acknowledge us when we walked in, even though we were the only ones there. We stood in front of you at the right register, then moved over to the left register and didn't say anything to us. We asked you if the Caribbean Passion contained milk. Apparently, you didn't know. You didn't respond. I had to ask you if you heard the question. You could have said that you were finding out for us. You were just cringy silent and didn't make eye contact. After that, it was obvious that you didn't need our business and by the looks of your other ratings, it's clear that corporate needs to step in. read more

Came in this morning and Rosa was extremely rude. Love the Jamba Juice as a brand but today came in and Rosa was not helpful one bit. Felt like I was inconveniencing her. When waiting for my order being made by the other employee, she was on her phone and I asked a question, she rolled her eyes and again, felt like I was causing her inconvenience. Her name tag says "shift lead" and it's disappointing that their leadership at this Jamba Juice doesn't care about their customers. I hope the owner of this establishment has better training with her otherwise, Rosa will make customers go elsewhere. read more

This jamba has been recent revamped and it has catchy and inspiring phrases all over its walls and decor. Kids paradise, however you will see one or two folks studying or working there sometimes. They are after a fresh and interactive vibe with electronics hanging on the wall that let guests explore their menu offerings. While jamba gives an impression that they are healthy some of their common drinks have a lot of concentrated fillers. Ask for fresh juice when possible - source I have a coworker who used to work for jamba and shared that they use at least one unhealthy ingredient on average. Jamba's prices have remained about the same and are similar to other juice stores. I come here though I have other juice options because I grew up loving the brand. I like what they're doing to stay relevant. Love their rewards program though I don't use it enough to reap its many benefits. read more

I like coming into Jamba for their steel cut oatmeal. I came by here early Sunday morning, but the oatmeal was not ready yet, so I took a stroll around the neighborhood, and returned 20 minutes later and it was ready. Jamba Juice is a great treat especially on a hot day. I come here or to Mission Valley usually for their steel cut oatmeal with bananas and brown sugar crumble! It's pretty good! I came here recently and got a Razzmatazz with an energy boost. The service was good... the girl at the counter was nice. The smoothie was standard. Parking is free for 15 minutes for Jamba Juice or Starbucks, then you have to pay. You pay at a meter, then place the receipt on your dashboard. Not a bad place to park if you want to walk around Hillcrest since it's close to 5th. I usually park here or at the Chase Bank nearby. I took off a half star and give this place a 3.5, because you only get 15 minutes unless you want to pay. I'd only come here if I plan on walking around or eating somewhere in Hillcrest. read more

One time I came here and I think it was everyone's first day. Hey, I understand if you're new and still learning... but wow it took a while to get our smoothies. Other than that one time, service is okay. Their all natural fruit smoothies are okay and on the more sour side. Makes sense I suppose since they're not adding tons of sugar. Service was terrible. Jordan at the register suggested me not to get a juice because they had cleaned out there juicer machine. It was 30 minutes before closing. When his coworker saw I ordered a juice, he had an attitude and was slamming everything as if it was a burden to make the order. Advice to this Jamba, don't clean your machines when there is still time for customers. Work smart, not hard. read more

Placed my order and for the first time in my history with Jamba the cups were not filled to 100% capacity. All cups were only about 80% full. Not only has the prices gone up, but what they give us for the price has gone down. If this isn't a sign that we're in a recession, then I don't know what to tell you. I won't be going to this location again anytime soon. read more

But the employee took them and tossed them into the trash behind the counter before he told me he wouldn't sell me anything else and kicked me out. At the same time, my son was outside with the drink he decided to keep and we didn't try to exchange. When the employee kicked me out I told him I was trying to buy others, but he wouldn't let me, told me to get out, so I left and told him I'd be leaving a review. For some reason he refunded me all 3 aguas ($15). I never asked for any of that, he just did it. It seemed that the owner and the employee both had an issue with the fact that my son kept the drink that he had outside. I'm really not sure what they expected me to do after I was kicked out. It's not that far from my Pilates studio so I can definitely see myself returning here on my way home from working out in the morning.

Another downside was how it was served, the portion size was decent, but the bowl itself was quite small, making it hard to dig in without spilling granola or coconut flakes. It made the whole experience a little inconvenient. Overall, I'm a bit on the fence. Part of me wants to come back and give it another try, but I'm not completely convinced yet.

Always fresh and hits! I love that they list the calories of each bowl so you know whether to be naughty or nice. Today I was in a "being good" mood. One of the best things about Everbowl is the customization. You can change up ingredients from the bases to toppings. Combinations are endless! They have fun signature bowls like Nutty Butty, Blue Lagoon, and Full Moon. They also have Whatever bowls, smoothies, toasts, sips, and even some food items and "take-me-homes." There's honestly something for everyone. You can also order ahead and schedule a pick up if that's your jam! Great Mission Valley location with easy parking, indoor and outdoor seating, restrooms and super friendly staff. Perfect pick-me-up especially in the summer, but I'll still grab one in any season. Giving 4 stars only because prices have gone up (RIP $8 unlimited toppings), but the quality is still solid and vegan-friendly. Healthy, refreshing, and worth it!
